Ordered Caesars salad. Caesar salad is warm juicy fresh grilled chicken on cold crisp salad. Chicken was cold and hard, lettuce not so crisp, obviously made days prior. This was at Painsville Ohio location. At Euclid Ohio location. Went to a table that had not been cleaned, many hadn't, our choice. Waiter came over with menus and used one to brush crumbs the table. Took drink order, came back with drinks and did not clean table until asked. Ordered Caesar salad again asked first if chicken was fresh, it was.
Never again, never panini's, they have gone the downhill route of panera bread.response / report this review -

My wife and I came into Panini's yesterday afternoon for lunch. From the moment we were seated our waitress had a chip on her shoulder. Our appetizers were subpar to be polite. Our main course came and was missing the caprocollo meat! After spending 20 minutes flagging down our waitress, she not only raised her voice to us, she claimed we took the meat off our sandwich! Talk about embarrassing! We asked to speak to a manager and of course! She was the manager! After debating with her with no resolution, another waitess got the owner. Unfortunately he wasn't any more helpful than our waitress. After all was said and done, after I paid full price for my meal, the owner gave us a $10.00 gift card only redeemable at this Panini's. What a waste! I would not recommend this Panini's to even my worst enemy, let alone walk back into this poor excuse of a restaurant. No one deserves the treatment we received. Disgusting and absolutely deplorable. Panini's - you may want to reevaluate your management.

Horrible service! 2 weeks prior we were promised that they would be open to accommodate our wedding party. Website says open until 2:30 and had a group of 50-60. They decided to close at 12am and totally screwed us. Politely offered $10k to rent out the venue for the remaining advertised hours and they refused to stay open. The worst part was the condesending attitude by the female employee who refused to allow me to speak to a manager. I encourage ownership or management to contact me regarding this false advertisement

Promised a bridal party/wedding guests they would stay open till 2am . here we are at 11:30 and they are calling last call.

Great friendly bar. We eat here weekly. Food is good and service is good. They always have nightly specials and game time deals. Stop buy and get a bite.

Ordered the mobster pizza because it's one of my favorites ever and apparently they had made it without the pepperoni. Manager brought out the wrongly made pizza as well as another correctly made one. I wouldn't have even realized there was no pepperoni. Really stand up move. I'm very impressed with the staff here. Excellent experience!
