Not a bad Hotel. Great location downtown. Walking distance from a few bars, restaurants and the Toledo Mud Hens stadium is directly across the street. The room was clean. Had an issue with the sink backing up in the middle of the night on its own. Little odd. Only had decaf in the room coffee selection. Buuuut again little picky things. Nice location. Felt safe. Clean and at $120.00 per night ya cant beat it. I'd recommend it if in Toledo. Great view too.

The hotel was pretty nice. The staff were all very kind and friendly. The hotel was pretty clean and presentable. My room was also pretty clean as one would expect in a hotel. My one gripe would be that the plumbing seemed pretty old and the showers needed updating. The floor in my shower was also pretty slippery for some reason. The parking wasn't very clearly marked either. You're supposed to park in the same parking lot as a Seagate Convention Center. I had to call the hotel to find this out while I was sitting outside in my car.

The room was clean but very outdated. The hotel in general needs a complete overhaul. The ice machine didn't work, there was a stench in the hallways & elevator, the staff was helpful but price was to steep for the hotel's dilapidated condition. There is a parking garage attached to the hotel but it didn't belong to the hotel so we had to walk three blocks in 20° degree rainy weather just to find parking. That in itself isn't safe for women and children. The tub faucet had a continuous leak and there was rust all over the room. The only upside was the hotel being connected to the venue for the concert we came in town for. I would only recommend this place for an overnight stay other than that make your way to Detroit to find a quality, comfortable and up to date lodging experience.

I made reservations two months prior to our stay on Nov. 11, 2017. As we were attempting to check in, we were advised that our rooms weren't ready. They indicated that they were fully booked the night before and a large group checked out late. So, we had to suffer. It's understandable if you can't check in right away, I get it, but we didn't get to check in until 6 pm., which caused us along with other guests to be late to our events. They flippantly apologized and offered $20 food credit or 20% discount on the room; the best they could do. Very frustrating. I won't be staying there again.

Had my wedding there and loved every bit of the process! My planning process was a little less than 2years(we booked in Feb.2016) and we felt appreciated each and every time we met and/or contacted the coordinators and staff. The wedding day was amazing and EVERY roadblock that occurred I later found out that the coordinator Peter and the awesome staff swiftly fixed without hesitation! We were not bothered and they did not add any stress during the process or the actual wedding day. My husband and I truly appreciated their services and completely loved every moment spent there. We were treated nothing less than royalty and we thank them for that awesome experience! 9/3/2017 #DeAniellostiedtheknot

Ashley at the front desk was great. She gave us a room which overlooked the fireworks and had a positive attitude. Shuttle was quick and clean.
Accommodations are slightly above average. Bathtub was clogged but they addressed it quickly.
Overall a good experience but don't expect elegant rooms.response / report this review -

The hotel had a very fancy appeal in the lobby, however in the room, many things did not work like the fan in the bathroom, the phone, and the ac. We had the ac set to 50 all weekend and it was almost bearable on here (I usually keep things about 74). The double beds were very small. However there was a nice sized mini fridge and a good microwave in the room. The hallways were clean. While in the room I checked for bedbugs and did not find any. However I did get bit more than once while in the room by something, either a flea or a bed bug. The hotel is in a very convenient location and is near all sort of things. Perhaps the worst thing is, the hotel does NOT have free parking even if you're staying here. If you're staying here parking is $10 a day or $11 if you want to leave and come back, which I find RIDICULOUS.

Great place for viewing Toledo fireworks. It was five star for that. Not what it used to be. Bathroom lighting was impossible for putting on makeup or shaving. Room was fine. Surprisingly, no information about what is available in hotel or in downtown area. Only thing was a photocopy booklet of the room service menu. Getting information in the first place involved lots of time on hold and no call back.

Nicely renovated. We really enjoyed entertaining our guests at this spacious hotel and in their restaurant. The staff was totally amazing and the vibe of the hotel gives you both a sense of Toledo history and classic charm and elegance. Great location for anyone visiting Toledo. Most all of Toledo's attractions were all either within walking distance, or a quick hotel van shuttle ride away.

The front desk help has been great, and the connected restaurant has very good and speedy service also. The only downside thus far has been the AC in my room on the tenth floor is only so-so, wish it got a little cooler. Beyond that it's been a great time here!

by Pete Forsythe: We stayed one Saturday night to participate in the April run/walk event. The front desk staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was clean and the room had all the amenities we needed. Good exercise room.

Clean room, but dated bathroom. Water pressure wasn't the best. We had excellent view of river. Lobby and reception was clean and helpful. Parking was easy with direct access to hotel. We walked to nearby Rockwell's for dinner.

Great staff, Mylie, Jasmin & Sara were awesome at the front desk.
Restaurant on site was decent, able to do a "carry out" option to avoid the room service fee.
Our room overlooked the Mud Hens Stadium, watched the game, and had a fireworks display right outside of our window.
The only drawback was the additional $10.00 fee for parking per car.
Very clean, could use updating on electrical plugs being more readily available.response / report this review -

Loved the place. My only hang up was coffee was not available until 6:30 and I don't like those little "in the room" things. Food was excellent. Very clean, super nice staff. Would easily stay there again.
