Living at Homestead has met all of our expectations and then some primarily because of our AMAZING lifestyle director Alex!
We were a bit hesitant moving here with all the promises of community activities and neighborhood events but, I can honestly say Alex has made living in this neighborhood TRULY feel like a community and she pours her heart and sole into every event that is planned and it shows.
Whether it's drinking mimosas after Saturday morning yoga or setting up a movie night for the whole family, this community lifestyle director crushes it and puts the families of Homestead first!

I recently had the opportunity to visit with lifestyle director Alex and tour Homestead Commons. What an amazing amenity center/area. The community has so much to offer it’s residents from a pool to fitness center to amazing activities that really create a lifestyle. Alex was knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate about the community. This neighborhood is family friendly ❤️

What a great community! I was able to visit the Grand Opening and blown away by the neighborhood, the amenities and the friendly staff. The Lifestyle program that includes events and activities is amazing. Great job Homestead with bringing community together!

I've been in the neighborhood now for almost 2 years. I've enjoyed my time here. The lifestyle director puts together great family friendly events. Neighborhood movies both in the neighborhood and in local theaters, arts and crafts, food trucks, bingo and trivia nights, the list goes on. Now we have the amenities center with a gym and personal trainer, a pavilion with grills, a playground, splash pad and a pool that is open year-round from sun up to sun down. Now that the neighborhood is settling down, things are going well.
The community manager does multiple drive-arounds per week and he takes notes as to things that need to be addressed. He is very personable and attentive. Homes are still being built, so it's a bit difficult to keep on top of all the construction dirt that goes with a construction area. Both the community manager and the lifestyle director show that they care for our community and I feel like it is in good hands.
The neighborhood itself is 5 stars.response / report this review -

My wife and I moved into our Perry Home in Homestead and couldn’t be happier with our house and the community. Homestead houses a lot of Veterans and as a Veteran, it’s nice to have the camaraderie at home. The amenities are off the charts amazing. I canceled my gym membership because of it. Homestead is a prime spot for sure.
