If you need mold remediation I would highly recommend 911 Restoration of Southwest Houston. These people are fantastic. Angel came out quickly and had me an estimate the same day. Geovanni is the kind of person you want working in your home, great attitude and helpful. The work was excellent, quick, and clean. I felt they treated my home with the same respect I do.

If you are dealing with mold, you have my sympathy, and you should call 911 Restoration of Southwest Houston. I could not have asked for a more excellent experience.

Angel and team were very hard working and thorough. Kept me in the loop as they worked and there were never any surprises. Things that could happen/pop up were discussed before the job started. Geovanni was always so extremely polite when we spoke and ensured I understood and was comfortable with what the next steps would be. Not a fun process to go through, but having quality people makes it easier. These are quality people who do quality work.

Angel and the crew at 911 Restoration did an excellent job. They were prompt, responsive, and fast. If they said they were going to do something, they did! I like working with companies that are Integritable. Also their pricing was better than the competition. I highly recommend them.

I would recommend this company without any hesitation . They are very professional and they exceded our expectations . Dealing with mold in your house is overwhelming and Mr. Angel took the time to answer all our questions and he made sure the job was well done. He did additional cleaning just to make sure the environment was safe . Excellent job!!!

911 restoration team was extremely quick in response. Within a few hours, the issue was diagnosed in detail (using proper tools), possible solutions proposed and remedial action was started. Angel helped us like it was his own problem and followed up on a regular basis and monitored the progress of remedial work frequently. I have never experienced such an excellent professional customer service before. I am very thankful to 911 restoration team and will recommend them highly.
