Restoration Builders did a great job replacing the roof on our condominium building. They were professional, extremely helpful with all of the questions we had, and made sure that all owners affected were well informed about the process and timeline for completion of project.

Jamey went above and beyond in his assistance to the Board during the entire project. They even had one of their experts from another region come it to inspect and assist during the project.

We are pleased with the services received from Restoration Builders and I would definitely recommend them.

It took over a year after receipt of my initial estimate from Restoration Builders before I made the decision to have my roof replaced. I decided to go with an impact roof and it looks amazing. The installers arrived on time and completed the roof as promised.
A couple of weeks after the roof was installed the roofer sent out another team to inspect the work.

One area they can work to improve is the timeliness of billing. I had ro reach out to them a few times to ask them to send me a bill.

They did go above and beyond when they went back to my insurance company and were able to get me an addtl reimbursement due to the increase in the cost of materials (after I received a denial letter from my insurance company saying they wouldn't pay because it took me too long to get my roof repaired).

My parents were in need of a new roof so I contacted Restoration Builders. I was truly blown away by the professionalism and service provided by their salesman, Tyler. He gave a complimentary inspection and offered a variety of options, walking us through them all and answering our (many) questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and displayed a true willingness to help us get exactly what we needed. I don’t write reviews often but my experience with Tyler and Restoration Builders left me with no choice. Keep up the great work!

My sales rep was Antwione Jones. He was very attentive, friendly, and helpful.
The crew that did the installation were respectful of my home and they cleaned up after themselves very well. They worked fast and efficiently. Jose, the crew supervisor, was right there the whole time keeping a close eye on the quality of work that was being done. The production manager, Ellis Sammons, checked everything thoroughly before signing off on the job.
It was a great, overall experience. I am very pleased with the product and workmanship from Restoration Builders.

Ross and his team helped tarp from Skylights from the recent hailstorm. I was busy so I had him file a claim for me. I’m thankful for good people like him. They will be all over the Euless/Bedford area to help anyone and everyone and I highly recommend you give him a call!
