  I highly recommend Dr. Rios. The entire process was smooth from beginning to end. He takes time to listen to what you want. He has such an amazing support team. Everyone from office personnel, nursing, & anesthesiologist just really made the experience so pleasant. I am completely satisfied with post op results as well. I am so impressed at how incisions are barely visible. Also Downtime was minimal. This was very important for me. I had surgery on Friday and was back to work on Monday. He definitely exceeded my expectations! A huge Thank you to Dr. Rios and his team.

  I have had the BEST experience with Dr. Rios and all the staff! I have gotten surgery with him previously and will now be getting my second procedure done. I appreciate the friendliness of the front office, the knowledge of the consultants, the care & professionalism of all the nurses. Super happy with the results I have gotten with Dr. Rios

  I had the best experience at Rios Plastic surgery! The staff was so nice and the doctor has the most amazing bedside manners I felt so comfortable! My outcome was more than what I expected and I couldn’t be happier! My confidence is up and I will definitely recommend Dr. Rios

  My overall experience was great. My surgery went smoothly and nurses were very attentive when I called with questions and just the sweetest . Office staff was also very helpful and greeted me by name when walking in. The Dr gave me my confidence back. So to all Rios Center Employees thank you for being great and making my experience such an easy one. Will definitely be coming back for my second procedure. 😊

  Good doctor, bad customer service. Since their office manager left a while back they just have the worst customer service. They overbook customers and they are rude about it when you express concern. They cancelled and rescheduled me 5 times for follow ups and I was always flexible but when I called to reschedule one appointment they were rude and said it would be the last time they rescheduled for me. Over all content with my procedure, but will not come back due to poor office management. Poor management can make or break a business. I have also taken my spa services elsewhere due to them losing their best spa personnel. Just look at the ratings by date. They aren’t very positive lately. Please hire new management. Hate to see a good doctor’s reputation get stained by rude and unprofessional office staff.
