Front desk staff is rude. I've seen 2 different dermatologist at this location. They are in and out with no bedside manner. They don't offer any advice on skin care regimens. I asked about underlying causes for a specific thing and she told me something rude like they only do western medicine they don't look at natural remedies. It was so dismissive. I've never felt a connection with them and they don't seem to care. They will reschedule your appointment if you are late but leave you waiting as long as they want.

Great practice with a courteous and professional staff. Delores was super helpful explaining my different prescriptions since one required a specialty pharmacy. I’m a longtime patient of Cynthia Trickett and she’s just the best- personable, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable of her field! Highly recommended!!

I had my first annual visit with Dr. Damanpour and it was quick, efficient and solution filled. My appointment went off right on time and the MA, Cindy was wonderful. Both were informative and provide clear communication and direction for next steps. Beautiful office, easy parking and overall very nice staff. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a local Dallas dermatologist option.

I have seen Cynthia for all my cosmetic procedures for many years and was always very satisfied.She is very thorough in estimating what is needed
And her expertise is the best.
On top of that she and her assistant Sarah are extremely pleasant and friendly.
I would not consider seeing someone else.

All professional Beautiful Ladies, short time waiting, efficient visit. I am amazed how many services they are offering.
