The room was typical but clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. The morning server at breakfast was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely return. The hotel is in s convenient location for Macon.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee served was fresh and hot. Room was comfortable and cosy. I enjoyed my time they because of those reasons.

Just stayed at this place and the service was not up to par. Room was nice and comfortable, but ran out of breakfast, double the hold on my card, it will take 2 to 5 days before I get my money back. Overall nice Hotel.

I have never ever been in a hotel room where I saw cockroaches but now I can say that I have! I saw two and asked to switch rooms but now I can't sleep. This is very surprising for a holiday inn. I wouldn't recommend staying here, there was another review about a week ago where they saw cockroaches. I get into my new room and use the restroom and the trash was never emptied in there and pulled back the sheets and it looks like old blood stains on the sheets. Horrible!! If I wasn't here for work I would've left and got a new hotel!

Our first time stopping there, not sure how old the place is but it looks all updated it's very nice inside the front doors, staff was very pleasant and helpful . The room was awesome clean, comfortable, the bar downstairs was cosy. We didn't eat but the food that was delivered to customers around us looked delicious and sizeable portions. I'm sure if we drive to Florida again this will be a good choice for us to stop over night, nothing but good things to say about our stay.

The room was very nice. Cold. Shower was beautiful. The pool was heated, although it was only 3ft. Staff was kind, friendly, and hospitable. Only thing that I wish was fixed was the fitness center was closed for repairs or something of the sorts.

This place is great whoever set it up thought about making it a home away from home everything you could think of and need is here in the room. Staff is awesome very friendly and considerate of your needs and wants. Andrew is superb! I would recommend this to everybody and anybody. The Price is Right too! One happy consumer and I don't say that very often after all I've been in the service industry for a long time it takes a lot to please me! Enjoy your stay here! Would give it 10 Stars if it had that rating

We arrived on April 1 at approximately 2:30pm to a very attractive facility. We had to wait a few minutes to get checked in because the clerk was not at the front desk. Our room was not ready, but check in time was posted as 4:00pm, so we didn't make a fuss about that. We went to our afternoon activity and they graciously called us when our room was ready, which was by 4:00. We returned to the hotel to store our things and our room smelled very clean, smelled of bleach solution, but at least it smelled clean. We revisited our venue and returned to our room at approximately 10:30pm. When we pulled the covers back to go to bed, we found hair in the bed!! Upon further examination, we quickly discovered the sheets had not been changed after the previous guest had checked out. We called for clean sheets and changed them ourselves. The folio had been slid under the door during the night and they had charged us full price. I went downstairs the next morning and explained our situation to the front desk manager. He was very apologetic and discounted our rate 25%. To top it all off, there are very loud trains that run just behind the hotel all throughout the night, not the hotel's fault mind you, but just another annoyance with being awakened approximately every hour to hour and a half. Think carefully before booking here.

This hotel appears to be almost brand new. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and unlike many hotels of it's type, the internet actually works reliably and without too much hassle. I've stayed here a few times now, and the consistency and quality of my stays have made it my go-to hotel in the Macon area.

Very friendly staff, there was a problem with the air conditioning and the faucet in the room I stayed in but they moved me to a new room right away. Very clean and the room I stayed in overnight was great.

The location was easy to find and the rooms were very well decorated with modern finishes. The bed was also comfortable.
