Gorgeous hotel in and out. Love the rooms and the service. A little slow with breakfast since we are here working but other than that is great place to spend the night or a couple of days

This place is disgusting. Rooms are saturated in cigarette smoke, sheets have stains!!! towels are old, bathtub and rugs look like someone's been murdered.
Lots of people basically living there and not respecting quiet time after 11pm. Was hard to get to sleep. Checked out immediately the next morning.
Staff was very nice, but that's about it.
Choice hotels should be embarrassed to represent this place.response / report this review -

What a disgrace to the choice hotel name. Stayed for a month. During my stay, i had several ppl try to sell me drugs in the outside stairwell. Towards the end, got a hard banging knock on my door at 10pm and two crazy pissed off guys yelling. Apparently, one of the housekeepers were passed out in their room when they got back and the idiot guy at the front desk told them that I said she could crash there. Gave them my room number so they could confront me. Had no idea what the hell they were yelling about. Calmed them down and we confronted the guy up front. The housekeeper told him i said it was ok for her to crash in their room. I had nothing to do with anything and almost got jumped at my door. Wait, its gets better. Later, when i stepped out back to smoke, this hammered housekeeper was in the front with a bunch of dudes going nuts. When i went back in the lobby, this random young black guy who was staying there waved me to come outside. When i opened the door, he punched me in the face through the crack of the door. Somebody saw and called the cops. He ran off but i knew what room he was in. Turns out hes the managers son. They didnt do anything since he wasnt there. Saw him a week later in back of the office. Rather than wait for him to come out and beat him up real good (which would have gotten me arrested,) I called the police to get him since they couldn't find him before. Get this, his mom, the manager said she didnt have a son and wanted me out now. Police made me leave after paying a week on day 2. Wouldn't let me get my things in my room except my pc. Lost all clothes and everything I owned.

Not a bad place. Not a lot of cockroaches but they do have them. It's an alright place until you check out and and they charge your card for another $236 after you checked out.

The hotel staff are all so amazing. The rooms are clean and updated. I love having the kitchen so we didn't have to eat out so often. Definitely wouldn't stay anywhere else in Warner Robins.

I stayed at this hotel just for several hours as I got in late and had to leave early. This room was adequate however, I paid my hotel before arriving via Priceline and have been charged by the hotel for the stay as well. They hotel has corrected it and since sept 4th has charged my card an additional 3 times for my stay after making the same mistake. Again today sept 22, I was charged again to only be told that they will again explain to the manager. This is horrible and if I wasn't always looking at my statements, I probably wouldn't see it but it is continuing to happen from this hotel now ..again, I have to wait to speak to a manager to fix it and credit my card! How can you trust a hotel for doing the same thing over and over again to you!

Extremely disappointed! Customer service was great! But housekeeping is very, very Poor! Great area good rates, but housekeeping need to tighten up!!!!!!!!

We stayed for one night. It was a pretty nice hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is located near shopping and restutants. The room was good.

The rooms are inexpensive but they have not been renovated in a very long time. My room still had a tube television. The room was, however, clean and well kept. If you are just looking for a cheap room to rest in, this place is good for that. It doesn't feel rundown, the rooms have kitchenette and a small dining area. Great value for the price.

Location is great, central to all the necessities. The room is actually worth the price. A vefy comfortable stay. Glad this extended stay actually includes cookware and dishes!

Hasn't remodel or up grade anything since 2010. Now is smoke free hotel .. They come everyday to see if u have dirty laundry and it takes forever for you to get your towels back so if you turn your towels in at 12 o'clock in the afternoon you won't get your towels till 7 o'clock at night for you get the same towels you turn in back to you they did not have any toilet paper and they told me to go across the street to buy my own they should have bought itfor me since they cannot put in their shipment order on time. If you book your room online and you leave a day early then you're supposed to you will be charged a fee for early departure where they do that at
