It was decent a few of us that works a the airport stayed overnight due to the snow. It was almost 1 a.m. when we got in and the lady was very patient and helped us work out how we going to pay for everything. I had to go back and thank her because i know she was really tired. Excellent customer service.

I've been here for 3 weeks. The construction and remodeling is all done now. The rooms are beautiful. And the staff has been fantastic! Would highly recommend.

Staff were very attentive, kind and professional. Nice location in PTC; close to shopping and restaurants. The area is very scenic.

Food was good, however the restaurant added a mandatory 18 percent gratuity to a party of 2 outrageous! The waitress kept printing different receipts to justify the charge.

When we arrived we discovered the place was under construction. I was annoyed that there was so much noise and our room looked out into the courtyard where there were construction workers working. When I complained about it though the staff was helpful. They gave me the option of a discounted rate on the room or offered to cancel it altogether with no fee. We chose to stay since the discount was decent and we were only staying one night. In retrospect the discounted rate was probably what they should've been charging for the room anyways. The beds were ok but had pretty thin mattresses. And calling these room "suites" or even "junior suites" is a bit of a stretch. The tv worked well and the wifi was actually pretty fast for hotel wifi which was good because I got no signal on my cell inside the hotel (I have AT&T). The continental breakfast wasn't much to get excited about although it was free so hard to complain. I'd probably save your time and go someplace like J. Christopher's or Starbucks which are both right up the road. Overall, we were satisfied because we were just passing through and it was fine for a one night stay. Hopefully their construction will be done soon for future stays.

I'm staying at the worse Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. The room smells like plumbing gone wrong- smells like crap backing up. Its old and dirty, there are dogs barking in a room near me etc if it weren't so late and I hadn't been driving all day, I would find another place. I'm not going to sleep under the covers! This is like staying in an old drive up motel, all I'm missing is the vibrating beds that take quarters!

Clean room, a little out-dated,but looks like they are going through renovations. Front desk staff was helpful. Breakfast was little-to-be desired, but I bet it is because the renovation.

They were in the middle of a remodel when we stayed. It is a beautiful area, and I expect it would be a wonderful hotel after they are done remodeling. Our room was pre-remodel - clean, but dated and the tile/drywall in the bathroom was in need of repair (I anticipate it hadn't been repaired because it's soon to be remodeled). Their breakfast area was currently being worked on, so their makeshift breakfast (pre-packaged frozen breakfast food and a microwave) left a lot to be desired.

Staff is very friendly. Room was fine except for the shower curtain that wouldn't actually cover the shower. It was workable, though. Breakfast is a little light, even for a continental breakfast. No milk, juice, or yogurt. They had cereal, breakfast sandwiches, and pastries. No milk for the cereal, though. I'm gluten-free, so I'm accustomed to having a small selection wherever I go, but the only thing they had I could eat was an apple. They did have a good selection of teas, though.

Well, it all started when I spent a half hour on the phone attempting to find out about getting a room and reserving it The kid that I spoke with didn't really seem to know what the hell was going on, and put me on hold a dozen times or more. There was another front desk person that I interacted with who was fairly nice, and the third one took a little bit of a condescending attitude and talked down to me as if I was an idiot when I questioned about a room switch.
I had a two night stay, and last night I didn't get back to the hotel until midnight, and didn't get to sleep until 2, so I slept almost all the way up until checkout, and missed "breakfast." There wasn't even any coffee available after breakfast time. Maybe it's me, but coffee should be available at any time.
When I was a kid, the Holiday Inn was a higher end establishment, though these days they are no better than your average Motel 6 or Super 8, though I would rather stay at a Super 8, because there you can at least make your own waffles, and they have a better selection of breakfast food then just box cereal, stale pastries, and unripe fruit.
Replace that charges over $100 and night average, this is kind of weak sauce. I will probably never stay at a Holiday Inn again. At least not this one.response / report this review
