Newly renovated. I booked my room though IHG app. I selected the king executive suite Jacuzzi room. Upon check-in the guest services manager explain that there were no longer any jacuzzi suites since the remodel. She was super nice about the whole situation said she understood she's had other people have the same issue I let her know that the IHG app still shows Jacuzzi rooms she said they are working on that as well as all the other travel sites getting that taken care of. The gym area was spacious all the equipment was in great shape. Indoor pool is small but was warm. Breakfast was spot on really nice selection everything that I had tasted fresh a very pleasant staff.

Good hotel, except no employees wear mask but they want their guest to wear mask. Kinda messed up. Desk people could be friendlier.

We are not at all happy about the experience we had with your staff yesterday morning. The desk clerk was rude, short, and was basically talking down to us. It was about 5 minutes after 9:00 and we attempted to have breakfast in your restaurant not knowing that it was only open from 6:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. . The server in the restaurant was actually rude and spoke in a very arrogant manner informing us that they were closed. He was almost shouting at us. We are not people that are easily insulted, but this bordered upon the ridiculous. We realize how hard it is to get good help these days, but surely you can do better than this. We are not crossing Holiday inns off of our list of places to stay, but we would be hard-pressed to stay in this hotel again. Thank you.

Had a wonderful stay here. Great location.
The hotel was super clean. The bed was very comfortable. Pillows were nice. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Megan especially was very helpful with making my reservation and checking in. There was another girl on the night shift that was super helpful too, I cant remember her name. But they were both very pleasant. You can tell the staff really cares about the hotel and the guests. Talked to a couple of the cleaning staff, they were friendly too. The pool is very nice and clean. There was a good amount of people checked in but the hotel was super quiet. I will definitely stay here again!!

Very quite ..pool water was warm but not to warm buffee hoped they had waffles and pancakes but got a full tummy any way all the other food was Realy good tho

The hotel itself (rooms, parking, pool, etc) are nice, however anything above your room are very expensive for a Holiday Inn. I booked a room here on points, which I acknowledge did not include breakfast, however as a Spire Elite member, they still didn't include it as a courtesy. I went for breakfast one morning and dropped $20 (pre-tip), for a scrambled eggs, bacon, home fries, orange juice, and coffee. Their breakfast buffet is $10, for what is complementary at every Holiday Inn Express chain I have stayed at.

Was this hotel recently remodeled? I had some people telling me not to stay here They were wrong the rooms were great, but the front desk was the best! I forgot my phone charger and the awesome lady working the front desk let me use hers overnight!

Beautiful hotel with great amenities I would recommend staying here anytime. The staff is polite and professional. If you are looking for security and privacy this is the hotel to stay at I love it.

So far, so good. I have 4 nights left here, but the room is clean and the staff has been helpful and friendly. We have received clean sheets and towels after the first night. I have no complaints.

Great service here. They give you a free breakfast buffet and one free drink voucher when you arrive. Though the buffet is quite limited it's nice to have it for free. The free WiFi is blazing fast! Rooms are very clean and cool. Typically very quiet when I stay here. Overall it's always been a good place to rest for the night.

The atmosphere was great, all employees seemed very happy. Rooms were spotless and internet was at par, or better than my home or work internet speeds. Street access was a little irritating but other than that everything was better than expected. Would stay again.

The location of the Holiday Inn is very convenient to access from the metro area. There is plenty of parking and access to restaurants within a short drive. Meeting rooms are comfortable and the staff is accommodating. This is the 3rd professional training I've attended here. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is very clean and staff is friendly. The rooms are nice and up to date. The beds are comfortable. There is a bar downstairs. They had daily drink vouchers. The rooms were quiet. Breakfast was your standard holiday Inn buffet and menu. I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice evening with friends, and clients. I am a beautiful person. I am a very long time ago and I will be able to get the best way to get the most part of my friends and relatives and the kids. The only thing I can get a chance to win the game. It will not only did he do it for you. You will find out more information about this and other things that are available for download at least a couple weeks ago. It was great to hear from me. I'm not sure if you are looking for a couple of years ago.
