I think it is crazy I have to give u 1 or it will not post my review I would rather rate ur hotel a 0. i stayed on Nov 4 2017. When I called to make the reservation I was told there was a heated pool and hot tub and free breakfast. When I got there to check in front desk staff was really rude. There was no hot tub and the pool was ice cold water. In my room there was 1wash rag,, shampoo, conditioner,and bar of soap. 2 flat pillows on each bed ask for more and finally got 3 more flat pillows 3 hours later and no towels in the rooms bed was hard. Also the only there was for breakfast was runny eggs and old donuts. I will never be stay here again

Would not recommend. First night when we arrived we were exhausted from traveling half way across the country and didn't notice how dirty our room was till the next morning. The sink faucet was loaded with calcium deposit and was hard to left and turn the handle up to get water. The sink in our room was clogged and the water never went down for the 2 nights that we stayed there. Noticed burn wholes in the bed sheets and I believe blood stains on the comforter. The bed just didn't feel clean and was completely uncomfortable. Could not wait to leave this place. Took a shower and washed all our clothes as soon as we got home. No light switches in room and half the lamps didn't work. The smell of chemicals from the indoor pool that surrounds all the rooms was over powering. Noticed that the room door never closed correctly when we left our room. We found we had to pull it closed each time when leaving.

if zero stars was an option this place would get zero.
I had been here 25 years ago when it was a Holiday Inn and it used to be a nice hotel..it has gone downhill.
The rooms smelled musty/smoky, front desk attendant at night was rude, curtains for the interior ( view to the enclosed courtyard) were badly torn. Wallpaper was badly torn with holes in the drywall.
The former hot tub was filled in with concrete and looked like it was done by elementary school kids, clearly not professional work.
There were Zoning change signs outside making me wonder if the owner is trying to change the zoning contest it down and build something else.

Where to begin? I checked in late at night and upon seeing the exterior of the hotel thought ok, doesn’t look too bad. But the nightmare begun soon after. The hotel employee working the night shift was rude and inattentive. When I got to my room I immediately noticed the FILTHY carpet and the stench of cigarettes despite it being a “non-smoking room”. It only got worse after, as you can see from the photos provided, not only was the carpet filthy but was was everything else.
Sheets, blankets, and the vent in the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the hotel was first built. I’m asthmatic, but even though it was freezing in the room I dared not turn on the heat lest it triggered my asthma. So all in all a horrendous experience to say the least, I pray that I don’t pick up anything from this filthy room and can end my stay in one piece. Rest assured this is an establishment I will NEVER return to again. Please don’t be fooled by the exterior decor and the pleasant looking foyer. This place is a DUMP. Please keep away. Hotel is very dated and in poor condition. Carpets are stained & torn. Rooms are very small with very poor pillows. Wall paper in room was torn & peeling in our room (329). We booked the room for 4 ppl but only had 2 towels, 1 wash cloth & 1 hand towel in it. Went to front desk to ask for more & was rudely told they didn't have any at front desk but would have house keeping bring some later (which they did). Breakfast was not impressive but that was kind of expected. We ended up going out for breakfast. Pool was fine but their were no pool towels available. We went too pool 12min before it was officially open & gate was unlocked so kids started swimming. Front desk manager gal came and yelled for us to get that it wasn't open yet. It was not a positive experience and we will stay at a different hotel in the future.

There's semen on the pillows, possible bedbug blood stains, cracked windows, there was no freaking door number in my room, it reeked of marijuana and there was leftover drug paraphanalia, no headboard, mirror not even attached to the wall, stains on the carpet, ceiling caving in inside the bathroom I wouldn't wish this hotel on anyone. When we checked in I assumed the front desk woman was rushing me along because I'm a younger woman. I think it's because she gave me the worst room in the hotel. I immediately asked to change rooms and she refused. However when I returned with concerns about the smoke smell and the SEMEN on the pillow, I was shocked to see her book a room for a family who had just walked in! Shocked at the terrible service here. They even refused to give me a refund. I'm going to escalate this to corporate. Don't stay in this hotel. It's not worth $15 let alone $90.

My stay was very good. I loved looking at the pool because the water was a little to cold for swimming. The complimentary breakfast was on time most of the time. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I really like this place.

I stayed at this hotel Friday September 15, 2017. Be aware there is no elevator for the 2nd and 3rd floors. I was given a second floor room but since I am a bit handicapped, the desk lady looked hard for another room. Handicap room 150 smelled musty the moment I walked into it the clothes bar in the bathroom is hanging, unusable, the two toilet papers are folded very nicely on top of where they should be inserted. I picked up one roll and you've got it all over the floor. Dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. Very Stained and old carpeting. Clean bed. They did have a refrigerator and a microwave.

Got there and there was only one person at the desk. He was great then got to the room and it smelt like marijuana and had no fridge so we went to ask for one and he couldn't give us one so he gave me a new room.fast forward none of them had fridges and consisted of mold in many places we looked at 5 rooms before deciding to leave. Asked for a refund for the night because we literally just got our things and left but we were refused a refund because we were there for more than a hour. We got there at 2AM and left at 2:47AM but that's more than a hour. Save yourself some time and money and don't bother.

This place is a complete toilet! DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked a room for 4 adults with 2 beds. The room did have 2 beds with only 2 pillows, 2 towels, missing hair dryer, holes in the wall, paint missing out of the sinks and bathtub, pee stains in the bath tub and down the wall and cracks so big in the doors that when people smoke outside your room you can see the smoke come through the cracks and into your room. The beds are OLD spring beds with OLD OLD TV's that can't even be watched because the color is all messed up. This place is a complete hole! I wouldn't take my worst enemies to stay at this hotel. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

So far terrible experience. Hotel doesn't have a elevator all stairs, kind of sketchy neighborhood, there are two extremely flat pillows on the beds, our bathroom is locked and took them an hr to unlock it, the receptionist kept putting me on hold, everywhere is stained. I am NOT happy and will be looking to speak with the mgr tomorrow morning!!!

Front desk was manned by one person, who was hardly ever there. Staff was rude in addition to being inaccessible. Decor and dreary color inside make the hotel look and feel like a prison, not to mention the numerous inexplicable stains everywhere. The room itself had no working power outlets, stains on the walls, and yellow stains on the bedsheets. The ceiling tile of the bathroom was decrepit. I closed the door with some force, and half of a ceiling tile came crumbling down. The bathroom also would not drain, so showering became swimming.

The rooms seem decent. Not terribly high quality, but I don't think they were dirty or unkempt. The pool in the center seemed nice, though I never swam in it. The meeting I attended was moderately appointed, though the tables provided were not the best.
