If you are looking at the coupon book this place is definitely worth the extra $$. The new beds really are very comfortable; and as someone with a disability I usually find it hard to get comfortable in any bed other than my own. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We thought we had checked our room thoroughly on our way out but as we were loading up our car we heard a knock on the window above, it was the maid who had said farewell and Merry Christmas to us in the hallway on our way out. Turns out we had left one of our sons stuffed animals in the bed, and it would not have been easily replaceable as it was a souvenir we had gotten at a national park ranger station in Crater Lake Oregon. And the pancake machine is always a fun gadget.

Nice hotel, clean and modern. Brand New beds. Free breakfast buffet and 24/7 coffee, hot tea and hot chocolate in the dining area near the lobby. Nice mountain views. My only problem was being able to hear other guests in their rooms and their TV.

Great hotel. Staff is friendly and rooms are always clean. I stay here every time I am in the Roanoke area for business, sometimes up to 4 weeks per year.

Great clean room, friendly staff. Nicely updated. Very pleased. This was April 16 2017.
I made a point to stay here again on August 21 2017, on my way home from the eclipse. I arrived around 2:00am after a long day of traveling. I was very pleased to find my room was held as they were completely booked.
We will make a point of staying here anytime we are in the area or passing through.response / report this review -

It was very exotic and the furniture was amazing but I really hated that there were 2 twin beds instead of kings.

Located right off the highway. Hard to see the turn in the dark. Staff seemed friendly enough. Rooms were nice and clean. Shower had good pressure. Ice machines and soft drink machines on every floor. Complimentary breakfast was fine, though the pancake machine was broken.
