Overall a nice stay, but I had to ask for a room upgrade and it wasn't automatic and my platinum status wasn't recognized at check-in. First room had a dirty sheet and tub. 2nd room was a suite and it was clean and had extra room which worked out well for the two of us. The rate was high for a Holiday Inn Express, but breakfast had some really good options. Lots of contractors at the hotel and a lot of noise in the hallway around 2 am, but otherwise a decent stay.

You better check to see if any Notre Dame team has a home game that day.we didn't while driving thru Indiana at dinnertime.we lost.

Very clean and expensive. The breakfast was ok but they have a pancake maker, not a waffle maker! The room was well appointed, with everything you would expect from Holiday Inn.

I've stayed there a few times. It makes you wonder when they give you your room key, and you open your door and it's bolted from the inside. There was another person sleeping in there. It seems the staff had already put someone in there, and didn't put it into the system.

Great location, easy access to US30 and US31. A very clean hotel compared to it's neighbors, the Red Rock and Economy Inn.

Best hotel in Plymouth by far. The staff is professional and friendly. Dawn at the front desk is awesome. She takes care of any issues that arise and is always nice and friendly. Beds are comfortable and rooms are a good size.

The Holiday Inn is located on the north side of Plymouth and only a few blocks away from many sit down and fast food restaurants, as well as a small shopping center with a Kroger grocery. The room we stayed in was a basic hotel room with two queen beds. It was clean and updated. I was very pleased that the room had a nice size mini-fridge, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. WiFi was also available with an access code given at the time of check-in. The pool is a nice size, with a maximum of 20 people allowed in. There is no hot tub, but the pool is heated and a perfect temperature. My kids were very happy that the hotel had about five large beach balls for them to play with. The hotel provides a complimentary breakfast, and there was a fairly large variety of food available. I also liked that the checkout time was noon, at least an hour later than most hotels we've stayed in. My only complaint is with our room keys. It took probably five or more swipes to get it to unlock the door. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.
