I got a good deal of $100 per day including tax. Good value for money
Decent, but it's ready for upgrading. Fridge and ac we very noisy, woke me up a few times. Stains on the chair in the room. It has a business center that lets you print, which is nice. Breakfast was decent, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, etc.
We loved this hotel! Room was clean, breakfast is the biggest variety I have ever seen. They have an outdoor pool and hot tub too. Would recommend to anyone in the Phoenix area.
I've been to worse hotels, but this low on my list of Holiday Inn Express hotels that I've been to so far. I arrived later at night. The very masculine woman behind the desk was standing there with some ear buds in, and the greeted me as I approached the counter. She was friendly, but did recognize my platinum status. Got to the room, opened the door, and it stayed open as if it a normal door, so I pushed it closed. Minus the stain on the carpet, the room seemed pretty clean. The air conditioning was cold, which is great for the area. The bed was ok. It feels that it wearing down. The bathroom was my main problem as it was in disrepair. Where was obvious water damage that looked as it it hadn't been addressed. Towels were much more worn than I'm used to at an HIE hotel, so much so that I thought the bathtowels were hand towels at a quick glance. Then I turned on the shower, with a broken showerhead, the water was spraying over the shower curtain, getting the towels wet. The shower was hot, but the shower curtain really laid inside the bottom of the tub, and I was stepping on it. I went for breakfast a little after 8. The food was barely warm, and what was there was nearly out of stock. And the apple juice, was watered-down. As I was walking back to my room carrying my uncovered cinnamon roll, housekeeping was standing in the hall spraying the AC filter with some cleaner or something, as I was passing. I though surely she would stop, she saw me coming towards her wit a plate with food on it She didnt, nor even acknowledge that I was there in front of her.
Very happy with this stay, hotel staff was very friendly every time I saw them. Hotel was clean and well taken care of.
Check-in process was fast and simple. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and cool. Microwave and fridge in rooms. Continental breakfast was delicious and set-up was neat/organized. Menu items included; yogurts, juice, fresh fruit, oatmeals, cold cereals, pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, milk, and pastries. I didn't like running into traffic on our way to the hotel, we're familiar with the area and took side streets to our destination. Check-in was 2pm, our fault for running late. Rush hour hits at 3pm on a Friday. Close to Premium Outlets and restaurants. I recommend staying here.
The room was great. Desk clerk was great. Breakfast was great, and the women working breakfast were great. Lovely swimming pool area. Too bad I forgot my swim suit. Location is great. Right off of I 10. We've never had a bad experience at any Holiday Inn Expess. The rates were great at this time of the year. Half of what we normally pay.
Spent two nights here. The room was clean and bathroom was clean. We had no problem staying here. The lady who greet us upon arrival was super nice. They had a nice breakfast area. Food was great. Would stay here again.
This is the best place ever to stay it's just like visiting family and friends and staying what relatives you actually liked to spend time with always clean accommodating staff is always kind and goes above and beyond the call of Duty.
The staff always makes your stay unbelievable each and every time you go. I recommend this particular site to all my friends and families and colleagues and coworker.
This is a clean and comfortable Holiday Inn Express, close enough to the PHX airport to make it convenient. Contemporary lobby and breakfast area. What made our stay extra nice was the staff - very friendly and welcoming.
It was just okay. There was plenty of parking, the gal at the counter was just okay, the room was eh. The fridge pull out of the compartment it sat in when you tried to open the door. The picture frame is broken and looks tacky leaving it up. For little effort the Aesthetics could have been much improved. We used an offered crib for my 6 month old granddaughter and used wipes to wipe it down first and the wipes came away brown. I know it's just a Holiday Inn Express but honestly the experience could have been much improved with very little effort.
Every year this hotel gets a huge boost in business from bikers that come from all over, they book their rooms in advance, they spend money, etc. However, it seems like hotel management has taken this patronage for granted. I received a very rude call from the hotel before we had arrived demanding payment for one night even though the room had been secured with a CC for months. I called to speak with the manger and was promised a call back (I could hear him in the background), but evidently the manager must have felt i was not important enough because he never called back. On top of that, the rate I was promised mysteriously grew to twice the amount per night. Good luck to you all because that is not the way to keep customers and word will get out.
Normally I prefer Holiday Inn Express, but this particular hotel/room combo was definitely sub par. I was given room 101, and it is right next to the outside door. This would probably be a good thing if it weren't for the loud noises. The lamps had different types of switches, the fridge was hard to open and moved when you tried, it's hard to fit ice cream in the tiny freezer the bathroom tub was rounded and uncomfortable for my height since the shower head was lower than I'm used to.
The service was fine, but not noteworthy. And i didn't sleep well.
