"Me and my son had no place to go and he was crying so I had to find some place quick.
Hopped on the net, whilst my 2 year pushing buttons I booked a room at Hampton. (accidently choosing a handicapped room) Oh did I ever pay for that! I'm done with Hampton Inn! Never again! 3 different hotels 3 horrible experiences! I'm over it! From bed bugs bitting my son in New Orleans, to him falling in the shower because your manger had no human decency! Thank you for ruining my already crappy Thanksgiving! Oh and did I mention my son is severely epileptic! The room has a severe echo! So when my son woke screaming in the night.. Sorry neighbor, apparently they had no clean rooms or was it policy? They couldn't make up their mind both excuses were given to me! Boo and Shame on you!response / report this review -

The room was suoer clean and very elegant. Staff was polite. Rates were what was expected but well worth it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Very pleasurable experience

Very clean rooms. Attentive staff. Excellent breakfast choices changed daily, except the waffles of course! The interior is dated and storage boxes ran out into the hall. I suppose for some folks that might feel like home! 😁

I always stay at the Hampton inn, the guest service staff was great, room was clean. I thought the breakfast was so, not what I expected not enough food to choose from. So I went to IHOP. The hotel need to be renovated some, I want stay at that location next time. Hilton do have other hotels to choose from. Maybe down town salt Lake.

Room quality (cleanliness, appliances) on par with other Hampton Inns. Conveniently close to midtown Salt Lake, St. Marks hospital in particular. Wi-Fi signal was nice and strong. We had to change rooms half way through the stay, though, despite the desk clerk the night before telling us we wouldn't have to when we pushed back the check-out date. We were moved to an identical room. Wouldn't have been an issue, except that I was post-surgery, and the hotel is used to accommodating patients from the nearby hospital. Also, location-wise, its proximity to I-15 makes for less than posh surroundings. You definitely don't want to walk anywhere from the hotel

This is a very clean hotel, the staff are friendly and very accommodating. The beds and pillows are good. There is a very strong smell on the 323rd floor, almost like oragano. We kept our window open and it was good. I just wish they had rooms with accessible showers that have 2 beds in rooms. As with most hotels we have to choose between his safety in getting in and out of a tub or me sleeping on the floor. Either way we loose.

Always the perfect getaway from home for my husband and I. Highly recommended, hot tub & pool area are always relaxing. The front entrance is always well kept. Breakfast is always hot & ready Can't forget delicious.😘

Our stay was pretty much what we expected. The rate was fair, room was fine, breakfast good. We had a late night'and were happy to find the pool open until midnight. Breakfast until 10 and checkout at 12 was also helpful.

I came up for a business stay, and when I got to the area of this hotel, I realized it was not somewhere I felt safe as a woman traveling alone. I tried to express this to the front desk person, and he refused to accommodate a cancellation, stating that "his boss wouldn't allow it". I understand being firm with a cancellation policy, but GOOD customer service should always allow for exceptions. Also, they were booked solid the night I tried to cancel, so it was likely that they would have re-gained the business anyway.

Super nice Night staff guy, very clean rooms and extremely comfortable beds. Nice warm heated pool and a hot tub. Huge baths. Smells nice and the breakfast was amazing. Love the little lounge downstairs too. I would love to stay here again.
