I would highly recommend this place. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was all that and more. The staff was very friendly, even set us up with a few plates, napkins ect for our hiking and picnic we had planed for at near by state parks.

We love the Holiday Inn Express in Palm Coast/Flagler! Delores who manages the breakfast area is a dedicated employee, meeting the needs of all we saw there and doing an amazing job of managing the dining room. And very personable and friendly. The staff at the front desk were helpful, answering any questions we had and if had a request it was taken care of. We will be returning there next time we are in Palm Coast. Lauren Mary O'Neal

Checked in at 4:30am got keys went to 3rd floor room key didn't work back down for new key. Enter room fridge ringing like a dinner bell called desk she came up with new keys for different room enter this one fan in bathroom humming. She asked if we wanted another room at this point I wanted a bed. We just kept bathroom door closed. Eating breakfast watched the women wipe a spill on floor with towel then proceeded to wipe counters with floor towel. Asked her if she would not do it anymore and she proceeded to tell me she didn't wipe the counter all in all not a bad stay. Oh and cans of soda are a dollar in vending machine. Stop at grocery next door for 12 pack

Giving this hotel only 3 stars because I didn't like the smell at my room. It smelled like a dust and dampness. It was hard to breathe first few minutes. It could be better if there was a possibility to open the windows, but there is not. Air conditioning doesn't solve the problem. Another strange thing were stinky in some reasons floors. In our bathroom and near the elevators. Everywhere where was not carpet.
However the breakfast was good and the staff ok too. But I never wish to return in this smelling rooms

A very nice place. All of the staff have been extremely nice and helpful. The hotel went through a renovation in the recent past. The internet is strong, the hot water comes fast, everything looks clean and the breakfast buffet is good attended to by more pleasant staff that work tirelessly to keep it stocked with fresh items.

The best Holiday Inn I have been to yet and I stay at a lot. JOHN at the front desk last night was terrific and not sure how to spell the lady's name for breakfast, she was just amazing personally and the food was prep just right. I would hire her for my company. Syd Chase Investment Group.

Traveler beware! This place doesn't even deserve one star. The hotel smells of mold. My family had to change rooms multiple times--first room hadn't been cleaned. The beds were unmade; there were drinks, dirty towels, and food everywhere. Second room only had one bed when we had paid for a two bed room. We were then told they had no other rooms. The receptionist at the front desk was rude and unapologetic- she has absolutely no business working in hospitality. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. It's a disgrace to holiday inns everywhere.

We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hotel. Its conveniently located near I-95, but the property is situated in a way that offers privacy and quiet. Its super convenient to Flagler Beach which is only 3 miles away and on the same road! The free breakfast offers a broad variety of foods both hot and cold. It was delicious! The service was wonderful here and the staff were eager to make our stay a great one by being available 24 hours per day. Professional and friendly. The facility was super clean and well stocked. The pool outside was a very nice size and it also was very clean. Our room was in great working order. The bedding was very comfortable. We enjoyed having a microwave, refrigerator and keruig style coffee maker in our room. The property is well lit both day and night which offered a sense of safety throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend to others.

The guy at the desk had excellent customer service. I enjoyed the quick check in time. He was extremely knowledgeable about the hotel and even asked me about my morning workout. The room was very clean and the continental breakfast was delicious. Lastly, the check out time was quick and easy.

I would give this hotel a 5 star but when I went to check out the manager accused me of smoking in the room and I don't even smoke!!!! Tried to charge me a 300.00 cleaning fee I didn't have 300.00 on my debit card so he called the cops. They told him it was a civil dispute and I was free to leave I had already paid for 2 nights so I wasn't trying to get away without paying. I hauled ass out of there! Will never come back!!!

The rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It was very quite at night and we were able to get a good night's rest. Free hot and cold breakfast was very good. Plenty of choices and the staff replenished any food items that were finished. We were given extra towels very quickly when requested, and the staff were helpful.

Found the hotel to be very smelly. Stay on the third floor. Smelled moldy and just basically unclean. Check in was smooth. Check out was not so much. Trouble with the receipt printer and the person in charge was not quite rude but very indifferent. I would stay away from this hotel unless you are desperate.
