Dirty room & poor house keeping services.
EXAMPLES: 1. There was a small piece of fruit left in the sink & an open bottle of hair conditioner on the bathroom sink. 😱 We were too tired to request another room. So it was Lysol spray and tissue to throw the stuff out.
2. Layers of dust on the mounted light fixture and headboards. It's a concern because I use a CPAP & have other medical issues don't need to breathe in and fight what might be there too.
3. Housekeeping managed to avoid cleaning our room for two days, no apology from the front desk at all.

We've stayed here many times before but never have we gone through this before. I'm not sure if we will ever go back.

Came with my family and parents. We were given two rooms on the 4th floor and both were infested with fleas!! They were crawling all over us and our 3 kids, had to strip all the kids all down in the hallway. They have bites all over them =(. We were given different rooms on the 2nd floor and the front desk did not seem too concerned.

The people that work here are Great. Been coming here for over 3 yrs and love it . John for being the man that runs thing is so nice always takes the time to say hi how are you . He wants you feel at home . thanks guys .

Staff and management were wonderful. Got us in quickly when we came home from Irma and had no power. Waived the extra 1/2 day $ when the power came on.

Visited with wife and kids. Housekeeping gave us a face wash cloth that was better suited for washing a car!! The front desk receptionist have a tendency to park their personal vehicles at the front covered entrance. This prevent more then one visitor from parking out of the weather when checking in to the hotel. Never have I been to hotel where this has happened. We also observed the Flagler County Sheriff's Office Deputy hanging out in the parking lot. I'm pretty sure we want be staying at this location again and I definitely would not recommend any of my family or friends to stay here!!😕

Good price. Spacious handicap accessible room. Friendly staff. Big breakfast room. Could offer better choices,but still good.

Real bad experience. Toilet ran all night. Shower did not drain. Rooms are a little dirty.

Wonderful. Friendly helpful staff, Nice clean comfortable room. King bed and pull out couch. My son is 6.5 and he was comfortable on the pull out couch.
