Nice updated Inn. Free quality breakfast. Excellent staff working the desk, cleaning, breakfast room. Fair price. Nice location, not far from beaches. But over 30 min to downtown StA.

I've been staying here since Hurricane Irma damaged my home and I had to evacuate. The Fairfield Inn and their Staff have been a lifesaver! It's well maintained, clean, nice hot breakfast, nice decor, convenient in lovely Palm Coast near the beach, and the Staff have been so very nice especially Vanessa, Marcia, Brandon, and Hubert to name a few. I would recommend my 'Hometel' to everyone!

The room smelt strange, quite musty when we arrived. We were so tired, thought it would pass. It wasn't until morning that we noted the air con was full of bird excrement, we felt disgusted. We noted the bathroom had mold in the shower and in the lifted wall paper on walls. The air conditioner was freezing when we arrived in the room, we couldn't adjust it. Light globes were missing too.
We asked to switch rooms the next day and gave our list of complaints. We asked for compensation but were handed the Mgrs card and told due to weekend, call Monday to sort it out. We became sick as a result in following days. Not happy at all!!!

Very comfortable room. Very pleasent staff. Good location to many thinks to do (less the 30min). Needs to fix the two ice machines I tried using.1st and 3rd floor.

This staff is phenomenal. They took us in for hurricane Irma without blinking an eye, gave me a military rate too! After the power went out, they served breakfast the next day, having made preparations the night before. The staff was INCREDIBLY friendly and all of them deserve medals.

Whoever is the manager of this establishment should be seriously considered for promotion and the staff should be granted hefty bonuses for their hard work and absolutely ZERO defects.

We stayed at the Palm Coast location on July 23, 2017. The helpful morning staff was accommodating and personable. I was highly impressed with their level of commitment to the customers. The beds were extremely comfortable and rooms were clean. I would love to come back and stay again!!

I found this inn very clean and easy to get from I 95. The bathroom was very large with a full shower (no tub). Check in was very quick. The inn was very quiet no loud music or people talking in the halls. I found the beds very comfortable. Breakfast area was very clean and the food was well prepared.

Herbert at the front desk is an absolute delight. By far the friendly person in hospitality I have ever met. The hotel itself is in great shape and the rooms were clean. Overall a great stay at the Fairfield Inn.

Amazing front desk assistance and great priced for a great room! Very kind people and free breakfast that is delicious! There is a heated pool as well! And a regular pool and a gym

Fine place to stop for a night. Pretty clean, no gross shower curtains, not terribly old. AC did not work super well. Plenty of well lit parking. One of the quietest hotels I've stayed at so far.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times previously with no problems. I think one star may be a bit too much for this review. It is now a pet friendly hotel that has no designated area for pets to relieve themselves.(I am a pet owner, so I am not complaining as though I am not) It has also seemed to become an extended stay hotel. After talking with a few families that seem to be living there waiting for housing to open up when the snowbirds leave. This room was one of their remodeled rooms. We checked in very late, the toilet seat was not connected (I fixed it), there was, what I hope to be makeup spread all over the bedroom and bathroom walls. Mold in shower, liquid spilled down the walls, to summarize just dirty. I spoke to the front desk and head of housekeeping, which were very nice, they apologized. I typically don't do reviews, however if your going to pay this type of money for this type of room there are many other cost effective options in town. I will not waste my money again!
