This is a gem of a hotel. Very clean and nice indoor pool. The lobby is huge with cool decor. Highly recommended.

I needed to print some paperwork for my doctors appointment at 9am. I do not have a printer. The local library doesn't open until 9am so that was not an option. I googled businesses that you could print personal papers at. Google gave me The Holiday Inn Express with this address. It walked me through all of the steps, emailed me a special code i would need to release the print job at the front desk at the hotel, etc. So I hurried & did all of that, got over to the Hotel, run inside, only to find out that they no longer do that service & haven't for a long time. Well, I was completely out of luck. I had to be at the doctor in 20 minutes and I needed this paperwork, but I wasn't going to have it. I didn't even explain any of this to the front desk. They just volunteerairly offered me the use of their hotel guest computer & printer. She wrote down the password and told me to help myself. At that moment it was a very nice, huge gesture that really meant a lot to me.

Excellent location, lots of restaurants close by. Room was nice, and up to date. Only issue being the amount of noise from normal activity outside the door. Pretty much the same complaint I have for most hotels. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If I need a hotel in that area I would definitely go back.

Typical Holiday Inn Express experience. The room was nice and clean. Temperature controls & heating/cooling worked wonderfully. Our room has a jacuzi hot tube and it was nice and spacious. TVs/cable network didn't allow closed-caption to be turned on but that is not a deal breaker for most people (unless you are deaf/hard of hearing). Morning breakfast had good variety of food items including eggs, bacon, sausage gravy & biscuits. Bed was comfortable, pillows a bit too soft.

Cleanliness needs more detail. Vomit in the elevator stayed there until maintance came to clean it.because no one else wouldit was the only elevator. Hauled my luggage down the stairs. All the staff did was apologize and leave it there. Yuck!!!

GREAT HOTEL/ROOM, BUT 2 STRANDS OF HAIR IN MY BREAKFAST.

We loved this hotel, with the exception of the breakfast. The room and hotel itself was great! Very clean, professional and helpful staff, no problems. I was ready to give it a 5 star review until we got to the breakfast. Nothing looked too appetizing, but I figured it's free and I might as well try it. My wife ate two bites of her bagel and gave up. I had some eggs and sausage which wasn't too bad (not real good either)then I started in on my biscuits and gravy. Didn't taste too great, then I saw itlong, white hair. I'm usually pretty good about this stuff and decided to just pass it off. But then I found another one. I have short, brown hair. I was with my smoking hot wife who also has brown hair. The hair I found was not mine, nor hers. I felt sick to my stomach for about an hour after that. Partly because the thought of eating that hair, but also because I legitimately felt sick after eating the eggs and sausage.

So, my advice to you istotally book the hotel if you don't expect to eat their breakfast.

Hotel is very nice. Lots of upgrades to property. Room was very nice and clean. Treadmills need an upgrade soon. Could tell they were worn. But pretty minor issue all things considering

The lobby was really cool and had unique decoration. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean and the HVAC unit was newer and clean, which can be rare at a lot of hotels.

Room and service staff were great. Really enjoyed their pool with my wife and kiddo! Their restaurant, Johnny's Italian Steakhouse has good food. The hotel's free breakfast was Not good-tasting at all, but, considering that it's free.. Overall, a nice stay!
