Pros: The service staff is extremely thoughtful and courteous. The breakfast served is good.
Cons: The building could use some repair work. Cosmetic issues (stains on the carpet), chairs where the arms are loose.
Overall it is a good place to stay. Extremely affordable and all the important items are in working order (beds, air conditioning, plumbing, ect.)response / report this review -

Compared to the Knights Inn located in Sandersville, it's heaven. With slightly hard beds a very soft pillows.

Checked in around 3:30 in the afternoon. Going to room noticed an empty bottle of water and an empty can of soda on counter by the phone for guests. After getting into room went to make coffee but, only coffee available was decaf. Went to front desk and they gave me some regular. When I got back to the room my sister noticed/pointed out a palmetto bug on the floor. Not a big deal since I know that they do get into the home. After visiting my son we got back and when I turned the bed clothes down I noticed that there were stains on the sheets possible oil of some sort, So my sister and I slept in the other bed (thankfully they were queen sized) In the morning I went to take a shower and the foot mat was torn/ripped in one corner. Strike 2. Upon closer inspection there were several more things. Dust along headboard, mirror was smeared, spider web on lampshade (that was also bent in a couple of places), alarm clock was not plugged in, bed skirt on the bed we did sleep in was stained, spider web with a spider over the window, door facing entering bath was loose, grout/mortar was on bathroom floor (under sink) there were only 2 tissues in the tissue box. When we went to breakfast, biscuits were dry, gravy was not very warm, scrambled eggs had no flavor, coffee was almost cold from the air pot. Only thing palatable was the yogurt and the cinnamon danish. Upon check out, was not mentioned by name, thanked for stay or asked if there was anything to make stay better. I am a rewards member so that would have gone a little way in voicing any concerns. As my sister and I was leaving only thing said was drive safe

Very clean, very solid choice for a decent hotel. Nothing super special, but the bed was comfy and the staff was very helpful

Very clean room. Polite service. Breakfast was great. Sadly the pool was closed. Would stay again.
