I reserved a room for a Friday and Saturday night in October on October 13th and 14th. I get a call at 6:45 P.M on October 13th from a lady inquiring if I’m still coming, I tell her yes I’m traveling from out of state so I’m roughly an hour and a half away. Over a 7 minutes phone call I tell her this 7 times. She tells me she will have to run my card right then in order to hold my double room for sure but otherwise they are overbooked and only have a king bed available, I declined having my card ran right away and I would report it as fraud, she states ok you will have a king bed room tonight and a double tomorrow. I expressed to her that’s not how reservations work, she stated she would call me back and she disconnected the call. I return the call to the cell number where after 3 rings I was sent to a voicemail that had not been set up, I attempt to make two calls where it goes straight to the voicemail. I call from my daughters phone to where it rung 4 times until the voicemail picked up. I called the hotels number where I was hung up on 4 times, call back a 5th time where I finally get to talk to someone who states I would get a king bed the first night and a double room the second night. I tell her that’s not what my reservation states but if that’s the only option I have I guess I have to take it and assured her I was coming. 30 minutes later I receive another phone call from the cell phone number stating my double room would be held. My daughter and I arrive at the hotel, the guests are in hallways loudly talking. After we checked in trying to find our room the halls that reeked of marijuana. Room 115 where we stayed, the shower curtain bottom as well as under the wall where it met the tub is covered in mold, molding from around the bathroom mirror coming off, baseboards peeling from the walls, sandblasting from a ceiling repair still chalked on the floor and sink, a big hole in the wall around the ac unit. This place needs a lot of help from workers to A LOT of repairs , it looks nothing like the pictures that the motel has taken from other locations for theirs. Holes in the hallway walls, carpet is filthy, a drink machine from the 90’s, and a non working snack machine. RUN!

The room itself is not bad. There's no closet space, though. Just a rack to hang things, MAYBE if your room has one. The fridge worked very well to my surprise (usually motel fridges barely keep things cool).
The wifi wouldn't connect to my 3rd floor room. When I went to use the guest computer, you have to get a password from the desk.. A first for me. The computer was so outdated, I sat for 10 minutes doing nothing because it was completely frozen.
Besides the two young women that work the mornings, the staff made me extremely uncomfortable. During my stay I was having health issues, on top of being 6 months pregnant. These health issues caused me to basically dirty up all of our towels. I got yelled at by housekeeping for my dirty towels. I tried to explain I was sick and I was looked at and talked to like I was a child lying to her parents. I finally just said I'm pregnant and the woman left me alone. The next day, they come back asking if I'm checking out and I say yes and before I can tell her we are doing a late check out, she's got the latch to where the door will stay open. Breakfast is really disappointing. You're better off going to Burger King.
I would avoid this place simply because of the staff. 73$ per night with a pet is not worth it, in my opinion.
    **** UPDATE 07/2017 ****
The pictures showing the rooms are extremely misleading. I've stayed in smoking and non smoking rooms and they are both disgusting. I found a condom wrapper between my bed and wall. The shower floor felt like it was going to cave in, and flooring throughout the room is unsteady as well. They overcharged my cousin in law on her card so I suggest using cash! Housekeeping doesn't give clean sheets or blankets. Breakfast consists of a waffle maker, bread, two types of cereal, cinnamon buns, coffee, and two types of juices. The staff also said to us they do not wash the top blankets on the beds, SO BRING YOUR OWN!!!!

DO NOT use a credit or debit card. I was triple charged. 3rd floor has no WiFi and there is no elevator. Breakfast ? Bring your own unless you want to wait to use the one waffle maker.

The General Manager is verry Rudr he harassed us the whole time we were there. Theyare always asking for cash for the smallest things it was a difficult check in. The hotel always smells like marijuana they go through your things even if you have a do not disturb sign on your door and make up things when it's time for check out so they can keep your deposit. Do not stay here if you have children, there's a lot of illegal activity going on at this hotel, the managers know this and do nothing about it if the Wyndham group doesn't do anything about my complaint against the general manager and this hotel I will continue 2 post how horrible this hotel is and how the staff thinks they can do anything and talk to you any kind of way. DO not stay here. There are other better quality hotels in this area the Ramada is right next door. There should be a negative rating for this hotel. The workers actually live in the hotel, which makes it easier for them to keep their eye on you and go through your things when you're not there but they don't see the other things going on. The cameras are for their benefit not for your safety.

WARNINGDo not stay at this hotel. Your card will be charged for the room when you check in and 2 days later they will charge you again. This will NOT be refunded. It cost me $245 to SPLIT a room with my co-worker for 4 nights. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM HEREunless you want to be overcharged on your card, not to mention housekeeping going through your belongings if you stay more than one night.
