Got a room with bathroom door punched in the sink is unleveled like if someone sat down on it there are roach in room no smoke detector they had one but toom out of room toilet it self is lose microwave looks like it from 1990 got a iron burnt mark on floor and many more things going on here

Gr8 pricing, friendly staff. Room could use some refurbishing but they are not shabby. Convenient to drive to downtown locations.

Me and my mom stayed there for one night never again.The front office door was hanging offthen we were assigned to a room that had people in it. When we got to the room the bed sheets were dirty.the bed was hardthe room had a odor. They had 3 ice machines and none of them worked!!!! People walking around all night making noises like they live there. That place is a mess

This hotel was fairly clean. The beds are very comfortable.
The staff is helpful and kind.
For the price this hotel was well worth the stay!!

Just a cheap interstate hotel. Jacked up prices because of eclipse monday. Rate was $33 online but I was charged $48. You get what you pay for but it was a bed, cold ac and hot water. Microwave and fridge in room.

Cheap motel. Room had an odd odor. Breakfast was terrible and inadequate. Shower head was practically the nozzle of a hose that just sprayed water everywhere. It was a bed with a decent tv. Next time I'll spend a little more for a better stay.

The owner was very rude. Paid for 2 nights and the morning after the first night came to the room and told my husband that we did not pay for 2 nights and that we had to leave. After he pulled up his b Hotwire recipient showing 2 nights he still said that didn't matter as he threatened to call the police if we didn't leave. He tried to tell us the situation with other guest that were checking in when we were but we explained that that did not concern us. He also tried showing a CC receipt that was not ours to support his case as to why we had to leave. He was very rude and out of order. He left with the threat that he would call the cops if we did not prepare for checkout. About 10 min later he retuned add said it was a mix up and told me to calm down cause it was nothing to worry about anymore. I was 9 months pregnant as had gotten upset because of how he spoke to us and the threats to call the cops when we did nothing wrong. He did not want to listen to our position or see our receipts of payment. Horrible experience.

This establishment Doesn't even deserve that one star. I checked into this Hotel and was immediately meet with a nasty attitude from the lady at the desk. She is clearly homophobic, referring to myself being trans, by the way she not only spoke but looked at me. After being meet with such a distasteful attitude. I verbally expressed i didn't want a room here any longer. She replied by stating it had been 5 minutes and a refund was out the question. I calmly gathered my bags to head to my room. Realizing i didn't remember the room she had said i turned around and asked her for it. Once again i was met with a nasty attitude. Her telling me i should have remembered the first time. The customer service here sucks. The disrespect and straight discrimination was apparent and disturbing. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this unprofessional establishment.

I wish that I could give no stars, because that is what this place deserves. It is definitely cheap FOR A REASON! The bed sheets were clean, and that is about it. Housekeeping doesn't speak any English AT ALL! They don't come to your room to clean it unless you chase them down. The second day we were there, I called the front desk because we needed tissue and towels, because housekeeping did not stop by. The front desk clerk was only able to understand "clean" and my room number. When house keeping got there, I had to show her a towel and a roll of tissue in order to get what I needed. Then, in about 2 hours, some woman called my room to "fuss" at me for calling "her" housekeeping to the room at any other time than in the morning. I tried to explain that had my room have been attended to, I wouldn't have called. She yelled at me and hung up. To sum it up, POOR POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMEER SERVICE AND NO, NO, NO ENGLISH!

CAUTION !!! It was horrible and disgusting. Me and my family spent 2 nights here. On our first day, we woke up at 2 A.M and saw BED BUGS. I told the front desk about the bugs, so they moved us in another room. The lady at the front desk gave us our money back and told us we could stay another night. The same day someone else was working the front desk and told us we needed to pay because the lady before didn't understand us. They should have someone at the front desk speaking ENGLISH because this is AMERICA. In our second room, the television didn't work. DO Not spend your money here. They didn't care about the bugs and their housekeeper told us that it's horrible as well. She said that she gets eaten up by bed bugs while she's working.
