Went for family get together. Very nice staff. Clean facility. Pool access. Great stay.
Front desk was great but the house cleaning sucks. My bed was half made. No coffee replaced. Tub jets didn't work. Did not replace the towels . Just picked up the dirty ones. Breakfast was absolutely horrible. The omelets were burnt. The gravy for the biscuits dried out and chunky. Couldn't even touch the stuff . So I decided to grab a bagel. I thought how can a bagel be bad, but I was wrong. It was stale. This place needs help
I loved our room minus the fact that we didn't have a microwave. They cleaned our room and don't bring extra coffee or coffee cups. We were in town for a wedding and the whole family stayed at this hotel for the pool. Well they closed the pool because they said there was something unknown in the pool and for safety reasons they had to close it. We were all disappointed. All 20 of us. For a two night stay at $320 it would have been nice to swim or better yet use a microwave. Madison is my favorite town and will continue to be. However I won't be staying here again.
I have never before seen so many stains in a hotel. The floor has weird stains. The bedding was cleaned I guess, but was old enough that previous stains faintly showed through. There was a dead bug smashed on the mirror. The rest of room was run down too. The tile by the back door is all busted up and from what I've heard it's been that way for a while now. Some one was using a broken off piece to prop open the door. If you have to stop and you like the car you drove there with, I'd just suggest sleeping there for the night and continuing on your way in the morning.
Room wasn't very clean. Used bandage on the air vent. Hair in the bathroom floor, on the toilet, and in the tub. Tub would not drain water. Phone was broke so I couldn't even call the front desk. The only nice thing was the staff. If it weren't for ever other hotel being booked I would have left.
Dated and not very clean rooms. They remodeled the outside of the hotel along with the lobby but the rooms look dated. Rooms usually smell musty here. Bath tub was not clean and would not drain water. One of the more poor Holiday Inn hotels around but choices in the area are lacking.
We were here to visit family. The room was really nice. The breakfast was typical free hotel breakfast. Pretty good value for the pice we got.
Super friendly and clean they were genuinely concerned about our happiness. Literally minutes walk from everything even Walmart ( which is also awesome especially the new co manager kendra who knew EVERYTHING about the store)
Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice location! Keegan at front desk was especially helpful in giving us suggestions for local restaurants. Very friendly and courteous! Only cons of stay were dripping sounds from above room's AC unit and shortage of outlets in room. But otherwise excellent stay!
Nice clean rooms and a well attentive staff that really take care of you.
Comfortable beds and decent Continental breakfast. I wish there pancakes press in the breakfast area worked, but all was pretty good. Some early rising guests had a loud laugh and conversation in the hall, but overall the stay was great!
Clean hotel with good hot & cold breakfast. Free WiFi but isn't strong. They are doing outside construction and seems like they could do a better job of keeping the entry way cleaner of construction debris. The swimming pool is currently closed - I'm not sure if the reason.
Good clean room. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed.
It was under construction when I was there, so hopefully it'll be nice once that's done. The room was nice.
