Could have been cleaner. Dresser was broken. Very large TV which was awesome! I brought my PS4 and thr network kept up with an online game. Very surprising. Didn't tell you when wifi password was changed which got annoying.

Not fancy, but clean and safe. Staff was wonderful. Free breakfast was good. They had signs saying they just upgraded to new beds, they were very comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel when my son had a soccer tournament in Lexington. After checking my bank account 2 days after check out I found that I was charged for my room twice even though we only stayed one night. I called the hotel and explained to them what happened and was assured that it would be corrected. They next day I looked..still no corrections made. I am still fighting with them about this money and every time I call I am assured that someone will get back to me and guess whatNO ONE does. Even corporate was unwilling to do anything when I called them. I won’t be staying at another hotel in this chain and would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE!!!!

Was there for the eclipse. The pool is nice and the breakfast and all day coffee were a bonus. The staff were really personable. Decent area, waffle house and there's a good local pizza place for food. Would recommend.

Sales tax I understand Accommodation tax!?!? Tourism tax!?!?The building/accommodation itself is fine. Their policies are getting hyper bureaucratic like the rest of the United States. When you call to book you give your credit card number and receive a confirmation number. When you arrive they say your room is not booked it's only reserved!?!? The gentleman was very nice as long as he was right, and he insisted on being very right. I'm assuming the pressure is coming down from headquarters and their employees are caught in the middle between them and their customers.

Great. Friendly service with a can do attitude. Lobby is gorgeous. Breakfast is always good. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. The view? Its a hotel so there aint much of one. Outside pool. Overall very nice

Great location off the main drag of Lexington, and near the interstate. Very quiet, and room was clean. Front desk is very friendly as well. I would recommend and stay here again.

I was greeted as a spire elite member which is also something I listen for. My host remembered me from my last stay there. She was very warm and welcoming after what was a very long travel day. The property is located right off of Hwy 378 behind Starbucks, which is very convenient because you can walk there. The hotel also has a deal in place with Muv Fitness down the road. This is a great amenity for a property to offer. Can someone say Steam Room? Over all you will get what you have come to expect from budget hotel chain. Great value for an even better price.

AC was broke in our room. Saw a bug crawl accross the floor in the lobby and the employee awkwardly crushed it (classy). A piece of the floor came up in the room(see photo). A hole in the wall(see photo). I asked a housekeeper if she had any towels and she said no then I asked where I could find some and she said Sorry (what?! Maybe a language barrier)
Like they say, if one person is writing it, there's 10 others thinking it.
