This is "on brand." If you've stayed in a Hampton Inn and liked it, you won't be disappointed. The staff and very friendly and helpful, particularly Ruben.

It's your standard Hampton. Nothing to flashy. There is a breakfast bar, however it's not fresh cooked eggs and sausage it's more the prepackaged variety. However, the Western omelets that were available were especially good. There are several restaurants within walking distance including a Starbucks.

We were scheduled for three nights, but stayed only two. The staff was a nice and friendly, but there were numerous issues with the property. Our room keys would work only occasionally. If the key worked it usually took about 15 attempts to get the room open. We had keys made four times and maintenance staff look at the door lock, but no resolution of the problem. At night the HVAC system cuts off ( apparently centrally programed this way) making the room warm humid and stuffy. It then restarts early in the morning. I will pass on staying here again. Although the staff was great, there are clearly updates and changes that need to be made.

Nice, friendly, helpful staff. Fresh baked cookie. Clean rooms. Parking lot could be a little bigger but other than that, no complaints. Centrally located. Lots of restaurants close by, plenty to do. Not too busy.
