This Holiday Inn Express is very nice and comfy. Beds are sooo plush and the pillows aren't those measly, paper-thin pillows that usually sit atop hotel beds. Pillows are nice AND plentiful. A no frills hotel that's still great on amenities. In door pool is wonderful. Bathrooms are spacious and everything you need is provided. WiFi is lightning fast and free. Check in is a breeze and staff is courteous. Conveniently located off interstate with easy access to gas stations and food. Very comfortable hotel.

Great hotel, service was amazing and the beds were comfy. They have managers special Tuesday - Thursday with free food and drinks. I️ would give it 5 stars on service alone.

Excellent place to stay. Rooms extra clean BONUS! Spacious, well lit and stocked with amenities. Indoor pool, nice temp, clean and clear water. Staff is gracious and accommodating. Extremely nice folks, can zip you right thru or speak with you about local attractions/restaurants/weather and most anything else YOU want to talk about. Skilled in customer service. Manager, Nikki?, is an extremely kind lady. Her staff thinks the world of her and reflects her kindness and caring. Definitely the place to stay in LaGrange, GA.

We stayed one night. On the first floor. The mattress had to be 20 years old. The chair was much more comfortable. Staff in the hallway talking loudly. Housekeeping banging on door before 9 am. All in all, would never stay here again. Honestly, sleeping in your car in a rest area is preferable.

Clean room breakfast was good. Customer service was great. Was a bit tricky to get into. The driveway is on a bust road and no stop light.

My go to place to stay in LaGrange. Spotless rooms, friendly staff. I travel alone and feel safe here. Very convenient to shopping and dining.

Great customer service. Complimentary food and drinks are provided to guests. A great variety of food is served for breakfast and delicious. Hotel and rooms are very clean. Location is convenient, right off the highway near other food and retail establishments.

The room was clean, comfortable, and cool. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was complimentary, and very good. Despite being a Rewards Member we did not get the King bed we reserved, but it was graduation weekend and they were fully booked. This hotel was an easy 30-minute drive from Callaway Gardens, and we stopped at The Wild Animal Safari on our way to Pine Mountain. Overall, very satisfied with our service, value, and level of comfort.

My stay was excellent. When I arrived, they were having a managers special and we're giving guests free food and drink, which was great because I had not eaten in hours. I took advantage of the gym pretty late that night and it was clean and fully equipped. I especially enjoyed the good quality coffee in my room and the breakfast in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful.
