Me and my husband arrived at this hotel got checked in and then went to the room. The headboard was falling off the wall and the wall paper was peeling off, so we switched rooms. Our second room was much cleaner but there was no thick blanket on the bed like in the first room. My husband went to the front desk to ask for one and she said that there should be one in there. He then informed her that there wasn’t. She claimed there was nothing she could do about it. Which really made me mad because at this point we were getting ready for bed and had to sleep with two thin sheets. There was also no iron in our room. The pillows are stuffed in the pillow cases, so they look very small. When you fluff them out you can see that they’re very thin. For the one night we were here it was manageable, but I’d never stay here again.

At first, when you look at the pictures online it looks well worth the stay. Welldrive behind the Inn and a building behind it is run down apartments with people yelling and screaming and fighting all night. The rooms were so out dated, and no where as clean as it should have been. I could over look all these things if it weren't for the roaches. I would suggest another place if you are thinking of staying here.

This was the WORST hotel experience that I have ever had. The beautiful pictures are very deceiving.

When we arrived, the wash cloths in the bathroom were dingy at best. We asked for the towels and wash cloths to be replaced and I was instructed that I needed to go to the front desk and get them which I did. Then, I was informed of the shortage of both. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. There was hair on the floor and in the tub and shower. I reported this to the front desk and requested that someone come in a clean the bathroom as I was leaving out to visit with family in the area. I was gone for about 3 hours. The bathroom still had not been cleaned when I returned.

I reserved 2 rooms for 2 days. When we left the room on the 2nd day to attend a funeral, we returned to find that the room had not been cleaned. The same was true in the 2nd room that I had reserved for my mother and sister. We complained to Meghan, who was working the front desk. She refunded us for one night. However, when I returned to the room, I found that we had run out of toilet paper and there was a roach crawling around the bathroom.

Outside of my mom and sister's room were two people sleeping. Once the woman awoke, she proceeded to vomit directly in front of my mom and sister's room. There were unsavory looking people all around this hotel and it appeared that they were involved in some illegal business transactions. Do not stay here!!!

This is not even a 1 star hotel. It's less than that. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to post my review without selecting a star.

Moldy smell once you walk in, bugs everywhere, and you could tell the room was not cleaned. The pictures are beyond deceiving. We left immediately and went up the street to an actual hotel this was definitely a roach motel.

We stay here a lot and the rooms are always clean. But there seems to be a towel shortage. We are in a room for 4 people and there were only 2 towels. And when we asked for more they said they were out. The atmosphere is kind of run down. Could use an update.

Cozy, for a crack house. Reminded me of grandma's house, in that it smelled of mothballs, mold, and day-old cigarettes. It was nice of them to provide an extra used towel and washcloth; it gave it a real "back-to-my-roots" feel. If the phone in the room would've worked, we would've called Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and asked if he wanted his bed back; on the plus side, my chiropractor is going to get some extra work in this week. If you're a minimalist like me, you'll love the half-sized pillows and the 1-ply toilet paper, if you're lucky enough to have some (plot twist: the shower served as much needed bidet). If you're feeling lonely, you can sleep at ease knowing there is at least one family of cockroaches under your bed to keep you company (they also keep the bedbugs busy from nipping at your toes at night). After seeing this deluxe suite, I understand the need for vaccinations.

FYI, I went through the trouble of making this google account for the sole purpose of warning people to steer clear of this deceptive dump.

I would not stay here again. The pictures on the website have to be old as this place is so dated and just feels nasty to me. The rooms actually are accommodating and will meet your basic needs. Our double bed room contained a microwave and mini fridge. It looks clean upon entering, but did have a musty smell. The carpet did not look clean and I noticed trash in in the crevice against the wall. The pool is a nice size, but had grime all around the top and the outside cement look bad with mildew or something black and the entire mulch and bushes all around the pool were filled with cigarette butts. The worst was the condom and used tampon in the parking lot that I discovered upon returning to my vehicle. Just cleaning up would make a big difference as it does have potential to be somewhere I would recommend just not as it was today. Nasty.

Went for a daytime social event. The organizer head one of the big conference rooms reserved. It was a very pleasant experience. The room itself, the Halls, and even the bathrooms were kept very clean. The only problem I really had was when I first arrived and the desk person wasn't there and I had to wait a few minutes. Other than that it was very nice.

I attended a social event at this place. The conference room was quite large, had plenty of tables (round tops for sitting and long buffet tables for food). The table cloths and chair covers were very clean. The thermostat was adjustable. There were two doors opening to the outside and one opening into the hotel. I only had three complaints - 1) the room was very dull. There weren't a lot of windows which is a plus in case you have a presentation, but the lighting wasn't enough for me for my social event. I felt eye strain. 2) there was not a changing table in the rest room, nor we're their soap dispensers full/working 3) they do not prohibit vaping indoors. Someone at my social event was vaping indoors which I found super tacky, but the Garden In should have a sign posted anyways for people who don't understand that nobody wants to inhale their vapor.

You get what you pay for. This isn't the ritz, but it is a good deal. Even though the first room we were assigned had several issues, it was handled with no fuss and we received a new room that had no issues.

The bar attached to the lobby is awesome! We had great drinks, sang along to songs we requested from the live DJ, and the guys played pool. The bar tender was amazing! Just sweet as could be! She bumped this rating from 3 to 4 stars!

So, long story short if you want a good deal, a good time, and don't mind basic accommodations you'll do just fine here!

I wish there was a negative stars for this hotel. We used to stay here and it was very nice then. But in the past 5 years it has become horrible. The room was filthy! I had little maid service except to exchange my towels. Trash never emptied. Radio and microwave didn't work and took 2 days to get that dealt with. So much filth behind the refrig, etc that I asked for it to be cleaned. The maid used an old broom and not even a vacuum, etc, etc. It was dirty inside the room and outside as well. So sad to see.

Came for a wedding and the banquet room was good but the rooms we slept in were dated and not worth the money. My kids room was horrible; one bed frame was sticking out and my son hurt his leg on it. They came back to their room late and when my daughter was drifting off to sleep, she heard a scratching noise and turned on the light to find a mouse looking at her in the bed. She left and went to her cousin's room to sleep- which was a nicer room. We told the management about it but he just said he would take $10 off the bill and would put out mouse traps. What a joke!
Better check out the rooms before booking ----unless you like sleeping with mice.
