Nice place not very fancy but you got everything refrigerator microwave little table pull out bed ,your own bed, everything blow dryers irons they feed you some breakfast . Great place to stay.

Clean rooms. NO BED BUGS! Comfy beds. Smelled nice. Great customer service. Nice for price. Decor and furniture are dated but great for price! Gotta love non chain hotels!

Really cute motel, however he beds were super hard and at about 1:30am someone was smoking outside and since the AC was on, the room filled with cigarette smoke and woke us all up. Other than that it was great. The staff are nice and super helpful.

When I saw the photos of the motel online, there was one of a dingy couch. There are few options in Warm Springs, GA. So even after seeing the not so great online photos I took a chance on the motel. In the lobby were black leather chairs. I guess the couch from the photos went to the dumpster. The check in desk looked better than the online photos. The breakfast area was nice. The room was very clean. The dresser was colonial style. It looks dated but there was a flat screen TV. The remote to the TV, the microwave, and the fridge were clean. I can deal with outdated furnishings if things are clean. The staff was very nice. We were able to park directly in front of our room. In the morning, the staff made mini waffles for us. There were plenty of breakfast options for a free breakfast. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 9 AM, check out time is 11 AM. The hotel is in walking distance to downtown. The house next to the hotel has very interesting decorations all over the outside. The motel is around 3 miles from the Little White House.

So glad to have found this place. We didn't arrive until about 2am but the gentleman was very nice & got us checked in to a clean & nice room in no time. We liked it so much we stayed another two nights. Great place & nice area.

Decent for the price. Has seen some improvement on the state of repair. Nice location in this town within walking distance of the shops. The breakfast is good for the money.

Very nice and clean place. Management and staff very helpful and tentative. Visiting with family had a great experience staying here. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Will recommend this place to friends and family.

This place was nasty. The front desk person Logan was well-mannered, but too young and inexperienced to run such a place. He had to call the owner to get answers to everything. He kept saying things like, "I'm not housekeeping, so sorry." "They didn't leave me enough waffle mix this morning." "Sorry, there was only enough eggs for three people!" Then when I left the hotel in disdain, because of my initial room; the owner asked me, "Was the blood stain on the sheet or the actual bed?" Really??!?? Should that be the question when I tell you that there's stains from bed bug droppings? Run from this local place!!!!!
