Quiet, little business traveler hotel. Room could have been a little cleaner. Nice breakfast selection.

Only a 20 minute walk to a shopping center. Pretty close to a several different restaurants as well. Rooms were comfortable and clean, just a really great stay.

Paid for whirlpool bath suite, tub was filthy! Afraid to use it for other than shower! Fridge had leftovers in it! Do not go here

We are from St Augustine Florida but decided to stay at this location the night before our travel. Room a little dated but beds were extremely comfortable. A little light on bathroom anemities. First Class front desk. Ernestine, Chywana, and Tasha were very professional, helpful, and handled our every need. The management should be proud to have employees like these ladies. We will stay again as needed. Thank you ladies.

Stayed here on business trip. Very large room. Extremely clean. Man at desk was very helpful. We asked about a good steak restaurant, he recommended Millhouse. I got the St. Louis style bbq ribs. Excellent. Anyway, will stay here again if I'm in town.

The overall room and location is clean. So no issues with that. But when I have to pay $13.00 total for one load of cloths to get washed, that is just wrong. I mean really, I expect some price markups and what not. So here is the breakdown.tide one use detergent 2.33 plus tax, dryer sheets 2.33 Plus tax. Oh and you need quarters but there is no bill changer. Don't worry the front desk is gladey able to assist. You need 2.50 to run the washer 2.00 for dryer. Oh you don't have 5 bucks cashthe atm is available at a 3.50 cent charge. So add that up to about $13 bucks for one load of cloths to get washed.

Had to get the AC replaced in my room, but the hotel got it done the same day as requested. New beds are plush! Very comfortable.

The staff at this hotel checked someone else in to my prepaid room. With a completely different last name. They didn't check the ID of who was checking in. I paid for a double bed room. But was told the only foom they had left was a single. But there was two of us. They said the could not do anything till the next day.

Very clean, and well kept. Friendliest staff ever. Very polite. All willing to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Only down side is they only have 1 washer and dryer. Washer is currently out of order but they let me do my laundry in the washer they use to do the hotel laundry.

It was my last night in Jax before I moved away, so I decided to splurge and get a "fancy" hotel room. The room itself was clean and nice. But the jacuzzi tub, the reason why I got the room, was subpar. Not only did the jacuzzi jets not work, but it was filthy. Dirt and grime flowed in with the water and at one point leaves were coming in with the water. When I called the front desk they were unable to move my room, but when asked if I could get a lowered rate, they gave me a measly $20 off. The only reason I got the more expensive room was for the jacuzzi tub, but with it inoperable, I would've gladly moved to a smaller room with a lower rate. But they were unable to do that. Long story short, rooms were clean, but don't splurge for the jacuzzi tub. Not worth the gamble

Checked in for a rest while moving my mom to Florida. Very nice and clean. Beds a little high for a handicapped person beautiful though.

Beautiful lobby and very nice conference room. Very clean and well maintained. Traffic outside was not great but didn't take away my visit at all.
