The place is clean and comfortable. The clock in our room was broken and no replacement was available. That seemed a little surprising. The breakfast area was very crowded, with not enough tables for all those wanting to eat, while there was an adjacent lounge area which was empty almost all the time. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was great in a reasonable sense. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was well stocked and clean. Breakfast was as good or better than expected. Pool was fun and hot tub was functional. Lobby had snacks available to take. Love and trust holiday inn's and this one held up.

We were blessed to get a room here as half the state of Florida has evacuated hurricane Irma. The staff seems to be in high spirits despite the extra stress and they have all been very pleasant. The indoor pool is nice and the rooms are cozy and feel up to date, and they do accept pets (the extra pet fee was waved for us due to evacuations). The internet has been a bit difficult, but with 100% occupancy, it's expected. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a comfy place while traveling.

Good services and they offer bed bath and body works toiletries. Breakfast was good, a lot to choose from. Good place to spent the night on the road not expensive.

Only stayed one night, got last room. Room was very cold but clean. TV was complicated never did figure it out. Was happy with room, service and employees. But the breakfast was terrible!! Eggs and sausage were ice cold. I would stay again but eat at waffle house. For the price the food should be edible!?

The hotel was very nice and clean. Stopped in for one night to rest, while passing through. The staff was amazingly friendly. The room was huge and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was nice. It had something for everyone.

We arrived at 4am after hours of being on the road on our way to FL. Staff was friendly and we were promptly given a room. Everything was very clean. I was pleased with the bathroom amenities- bath and body works shampoo, conditioner, and lotions. Makeup remover and soaps. Our room had a keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave. Bed and pillows were super comfortable! Quiet other than a train that passes by but it's not too loud, you can hear it in the distance. I have zero complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was a pleasant stay! Our room was clean, the air conditioner was a little loud but powerful, free breakfast was well stocked and good, friendly staff, nice little heated indoor pool & spa, & they accomodated our room requests :) We gave it 4/5 for the room having thin walls, lack of available outlets, no bed comforters, & no DVD player or on-demand option on the tv.

Really liked this place. We stayed in the suite that accommodated two Queen beds and a pullout sofa. The room was very large, very clean and we'll appointed. The overnight stay came with the "standard" help yourself breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and the variety of breakfast items and the staff were wickedly awesome I totally recommend staying here.
