Very clean and fairly new. Mostly truckers stay here and people that are passing through. The hotel isnt near anything fun so either go to Port st. Lucie west or Vero

Nice place, clean. I love holiday inn staying experoence. They mainrain quality. Arras to focus are , have firm beds instead of spring beds, cleanung staff need to start checking rooms for cleaning after check out time

Very nice place to stay, they have trucker discounts, two truck stops, and a few eating places within walking distance.

I stayed overnight from October 22-23, 2017 at room 112. I forgot my suit and 4 shirts I needed for business meetings in Miami where I was headed. They were inside a Suit Bag hanging in the closet. I called the hotel many times willing to drive all the way back to retrieve my suit.
From the first time I called they just tried to dismiss me giving me lots of work around. Now I had my wife UPS me another suit and shirts and I am filling a police report to see if I can get to the bottom of such dishonesty and dismissals.
It is a good hotel if you don't have any issues like this, otherwise welcome to terrible customer service and frustration.
When I file the police report and get to the bottom of this I will gladly post an update.response / report this review -

Front desk service was great , but make sure you get your breakfast early. They don't replenish after 9 or 9 :15 am and start picking up at 9:30. Arrangement isn't typical holiday inn.

Good customer service and a very relaxing stay I was in a pinch and was fortunate to have been able to aquire a room at this property. There was no availability for more than 100 miles.

Great stay! We chose this hotel on a whim, and we were surprised at the value. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet is phenomenal. Front desk staff is helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend!

Bought this hotel on Memorial Day Weekend blind on hotwire, which listed it as a 4 star hotel. At best its is a 3 star, that said, it was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well stocked and Todd was very helpful with everyone eating there.
Would be happy to stay here again, since the was room nice and clean. One thing that can be hard is trying to get into the place, since it is very tricky. Shame on Google for poor mapping on this place.response / report this review -

The room was clean. There was easy access on and off the highway while we traveled. Breakfast was included and did the job to get us back on the road in the morning.
