5-stars to Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Pierce & Port St. Lucie general manager Matt Pica and his staff. Exceeding all expectations during and immediately following Hurricane Irma, I was impressed with the level of service provided in spite of the circumstances.
As the owner of a local wrecker service, I placed several stranded motorists at the Fairfield Inn after the storm. Broken down and abandoned vehicles along Interstate 95 and the Florida Turnpike, these motorists needed a place to stay. And Fairfield Inn was that place.
Friendly, polite and professional, I've used them before and would not hesitate to use them again.
I am just now catching up after hurricane Irma. Wanted to thank all staff at Fairfield Inn. My wife ,myself and dog stayed five days at the inn. Stressful fearing the worse with the storm. all that went away when we were greeted with a most friendly staff. The general manager Matthew Pica was very helpful. We were impressed on how he went to guest to guest making sure everyone was safe and if anyone needed anything. Always had breakfast, coffee ,juice. after the storm MR. Pica and his staff made sure all tree branches were removed . again safety for the guest came first. I thank MR. Pica and his staff for great service . James Liccione.
Very beautiful lobby area. I went for a meeting. The meeting room was set up well and very nice!
This hotel was clean, and the staff was very very nice. Except for 1 lady at checkout who I think was some sort of leader (supervisor or manager). The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large and clean except for gum in the sink. The pool was ok, the deck area around the pool was very small and narrow but due able. The hot tub was out of order and it had leaves and was turning green. My overall experience was good. Would stay again.
Our safe place! Gaby (my Yorkie/ShiTzu) and I have dashed to the Fairfield 2 years in a row to be safe from hurricanes. Matt (GM) and the entire staff are available 24/7 to be sure all needs are met. Our canine best friends are welcome and treated with equal care. Clean room, great breakfast, non stop coffee, generator powered sockets for phone charging if the electricity is lost, and staff that keeps an eye on the storm to be sure guests and their vehicles are safe. Nerves are soothed & pups bring smiles. So gratefulThank You!
Our vehicle broke down late night. We were scrambling for a last minute hotel room and the late night staff was very helpful and accommodating. Once we got there the nice lady at reception acknowledged us and made the process very easy and fast. We are appreciative for the nice experience in a stressful time. The room was clean and quaint. The cleaning service staff was friendly as well.
Love it I stayed one night when you enter the AC is warm BC when the room is alone and there's no body it doesn't waste energy but when you enter it starts cooling off recommend this hotel
Shannon was extremely rude after I made a reservation through the app and then called in. She answered the phone to place me on hold saying she had customers that she was checking inno problem I understand. I waited on hold for 5 minutes and then got transferred to reservations in which they could not help me so I called back to the hotel with Shannon and her horrible attitude and she proceeded to tell me that she had customers and I would have to hold so again I wait another 8 minutes. I hung up and called back and said I just have a simple question, I need a roll away bed and wanted to see if one was available at this hotel because 3 grown men didn't want to sleep together. She tells me again that she is with customers and goes off on me. It is 11:00 at night I know you can simply answer that question and you are not that busy. Some people do NOT need a job with the public. I can't believe the words that came out of her mouth and I hope Marriott records all calls for training purposes!!!
Clean, friendly, nice modern decor. My family stays here every time we visit. They are consistently top notch.
I stopped by this Hotel with our horse trailer full of animals to export. I was staying at another hotel chain near the Miami airport, yet couldn't communicate the fact that I needed to get water for the animals. I had stopped and looked for an accessible water spigot at every fuel station, truck stop park parking lot, strip mall and construction site I could find three consecutive exits. Driving by this Fairfield Inn I saw someone who worked there. I pulled in and asked if there was any way they would allow me to get some water for our animals. These guys went out of their way to take care of us, and I do mean us. They called the maintenance man to open the spigot enclosure with his key, he offered me a hose and stood by while I filled the water containers. I was invited in and offered coffee or water. This was one of the most amazing, friendly experiences I have ever encountered in south Florida. I am really appreciative of their willingness to help and hospitality. If this hotel was closer to Miami International, we would certainly make it a regular stop.
I was so well taken care of. Well fed in the morning, and slept so sound. The bedding choices were very decent, and pillows so comfy. My bath area was cozy and clean, and the interior of this hotel was the bees knees! I just loved the kind and professional courtesy I was given during my stay, and will definitely recommend this business to my friends!
