Very nice. Staff were helpful. The indoor heated pool was not really heated enough to make it enjoyable. We only stuck our feet in, and decided it was too cool!

Our daughter graduated college on December 15th, 2017. “Kristina” made our stay amazing! We can’t thank her enough for showing excellent customer service. She displayed exemplary service and care to our family. I hope corporate reads our review and rewards her for outstanding service. Thank you again “Kristina”.

It's was a good stay. Everyone was nice, breakfast was good. I found something wrong with the room (just a little dirty) and they immediately switched me. It was a good stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean quiet beds were extra comfy. But the highlight was the breakfast. Very good continental felt more intimate than any regular continental breakfast great options and delicious variety. Will definitely return

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn in late Sept 2017. Everyone we met and worked with were Fantastic! They were extremely friendly and helpful. We are definitely staying there on our next trip to Columbus!

Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The only downside is that they charge a $5 fee for an "upgraded" wireless internet speed. What comes standard as "high speed" should not be classified as such. Otherwise, great place to stay the night.

My family is from Tampa and stayed here "escaping" Hurricane Irma. Rooms were clean and exactly as described. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and our needs. I'll keep them in mind for a future visit.

I barely write any reviews. But this time I have to. I'm flying to Columbus for my boyfriend's boot camp graduation. I'm arriving on Thursday and leaving on Friday. I had overnight flight so I did not get any sleep at all last night. When I got to the hotel at 8 in the morning. They told me that there is no room available for me and they don't start checking in until 3 pm even though I booked the hotel one month ago. So there is no room for me! Even someone checked out the room, the housekeeper is not here yet( by8:30am, they still haven't started working!!)they have to clean the room first. So I have to wait in the lobby with no any sleep state since 6pm last night! This was the first happening to me. I've stayed in so many hotels, before there has never had any hotels telling a guest that you have to wait, there is no room available!! I'm feeling so sick now since I had an overnight flight. Never stayed in this hotel again!!! First time and also last time! So if your flight gets you to this hotel before their check-in time 3pm, they wouldn't check you in, you have to wait until 3!

Had a nice single night stay. The room was nice, clean, and welcoming when I arrived. I definitely rate the quality off the room higher than the rate I paid. The staff was pleasant and they offer a complimentary breakfast to all their guests. There is a small pool and a fitness room with a bench and a large selection of dumbbells and there's a single treadmill and an elliptical. The parking lot is convenient for access to and from the rooms. The only negative I have is that the people entering and exiting through the pool door somehow managed to slam it open and shut over and over. Please see if there's a way to soften or silence that door! All in all a great stay and will most likely be my hotel of choice in the Columbus/Ft. Benning area.

Got the wrong room with the same rates and the toilet stayed torn up the whole time we were there. They never offered any additional discount or anything for me nor them having to plunge the toilet everyday. Kept having to ask the maid for additional towels and cloths. The toilet was overflowing and it was a mess. The pull out sofa was dirty and the sheets hadn't been changed in awhile. The breakfast was good and the service was good. I was able to accomplish what I needed during my visit but please fix the plumbing and get the reservations right.

Was at this location for work reasons. Staff was very friendly and helped with any questions my coworkers and I had. Grounds were very clean and it is conveniently located.

Great place to stay near Columbus State University. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Hotel is kept clean, too.
