I'm always greeted with a smile and by my first name when I stay there. great service they always ask if there is anything else I need while I stay there.

Had a mixup with rooms when we arrivedwas assigned to a room that was not clean. The elevators don't work when you need them toit's hit or miss. Sometines they dont open for a few minutes. BUT the staff is greatthe breakfast is amazing. Alex was helpful and knowledgeable. Tried to speak to a manager about our issues but they must have been busy. We couldn't wait as we needed to get to another hotel in Palm Beach. We were told we were using points but they charged me for 25 dollars for the stay anyway. This was not the impression I got. Howeverthe hotel is clean and quiet after a long road trip. Just know what to expect next time.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff. The pool is relaxing. The A.C. runs very good. It felt like an icebox.

Very good front desk service. All employees were helpful. The hotel suite room was nice didnt see where the added value was, because I've stayed here before in a regular room and they're pretty much the same only difference was a desk, also the view from the window was directly looking at a wall. Do not recommend the suite, not worth the extra money 💰

I enjoyed my stay! The bed and sheets were of no complaint. My only thing is the water tasted kinda off. Besides that as a easy stay and would definitely stay again if I had to.
