Workers won't bother you, the place is really nice and is very cheap. state parks are a pain in the @$#, full of rules and regulations, here is so much better. My only complain are the shower heads, they suck!!! Lol

Fisheating Creek outpost and the river itself is truly a trip back in time in Florida. While the outpost is clean and beautifully nestled on the creek itself in some places, this place truly deserves a visit. My only complaint is the firwooodthey sell for $5 a bundle is literally kindle and I think they need to find another vendor to provide real size firewood logs at a reasonable price.

My suggestion is to either buy firewood in LaBelle at the dollar General or BJ's Wholesale Club or Bring your own. Otherwise a fantastic place to camp.

Been going there since the 70s with high school friends camping fishing plenty of Wildlife Creek is very well maintained all the office staff very helpful . We have had plenty of family reunions there personally I like being there during the winter the creek is a little low can still get around largest fish that I know that was caught with six pounds

This is an awesome swamp camp site. Cheap $11 primitive. Folks running the place are real nice and make rounds often to make sure things are ok and safe. You can have a fire and it easy to find dryish downed trees. Bring a lot of bug spray and you should be fine!

The key is to get a good site! Primitive sites right on the water give you some seclusion and if you have a canoe you can pull it right in- it's a nice little row up the creek. Lots of gator watching to be had. Just make sure to stay away from the sites by the entrance and bathrooms if you want any peace.

Camping in the wilderness with nature. Campsites are big and clean. Enjoy the trails and lake views. Nice place to relax on a hammock and enjoy the peaceful time.

Love going camping here. Staff in the store are friendly and helpful. We've been several times. Campsites are clean (besides dirt but ya know your outside) and good sized. Plenty of things to do while you're there too.
