  Terrible customer service, complained several times the couch did not support on one side. They came out, and fluffed the cushions on the back even though I repeatedly said it sunk in further on one end. They said it felt fine to them, but everyone that sat on it said it was lower.
  
  Complained to the manufacturer, they said all warranties are through the seller. Beware of what you buy from them, I believe it was a second, even though we paid over $1000 for it, cash
