Lovedddd our stay here! Cleanliness a definate 10. Staff was so helpful and in tune with your every need. They have a swimming pool hot breakfast a business center and a gym. They offer hot popcorn during the day in which my kids loved! If i go back to Ashland i WILL stay here again! Especially for the price it cannot be beat for all they offer!!

Love the room design. Perfect for business travellong luggage bench with suit hangers above.. three roomy bathroom shelves to free up counter, comfy bed, nice size tvstay here!

Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are very comfortable. Indoor pool is small, no hot tub though. Nice buffet breakfast eith great coffee. Keurig in the room a great convenience. Dry county so be sure to byob. Nice and quiet and close to I64.

Be sure u know u will have ur room. We booked 2 mnth in advance a room 2 queen beds fir 4 people. When we got here they gave us 1 bed . then had trouble speaking with the manager. Who by the way NEVER showed up. Worst hotel ever

The room was very clean and the service was great. The buffet breakfast was way mire than I expected and the food was excellent! Very close to shopping and right off 64.

I've stayed here multiple times, and it's always great. The staff are helpful and friendly, the beds are comfy, the breakfast is good. The rooms are nice and quiet, too.

Was very nice. It has a Keurig coffee maker, a indoor pool, gym, elevator, bath and body works shampoo conditioner and lotion, the bed was soft and also it had direct tv. Breakfast was GREAT. I would stay there for sure

Nice pool. Apparently cleaning ladies like to check out your room while you go down for breakfast which made me uncomfortable. She then accused me of smoking pot in the room, which I did not. Then said she could charge my room for smoking but she wouldn't. It was said with a smile, but I didn't care for that at all. The entire thing felt like an invasion of privacy and unnessasary.

Horrible experience. First, the housekeepers went through my bag while I was gone during the day at work. Came back to all of my stuff thrown out everywhere. They were the only ones who had access to my room. Told the manager and nothing was done to fix the problem. Then, the only washer and dryer they have broke while we were there, they didn't fix the issue for 5 days! For guys working in the plant, that was a huge issue for us. I wouldn't stay here again! Only reason we didn't leave was because there wasn't any other hotels in the area that had enough rooms for all of us.
