Where do I begin. Breakfast sucks, ice maker broken the whole time there. Place is past remodeling. Tear down recommend. They should change the name to Days inn Moldtle. Besides that everything else was great.

Beware! Skip this one. Bed bugs, bad!! Nasty bathtub & towels, too. Still itching. Went a little passed checkout (before realizing the bed bugs) and they had the nerve to charge extra for slightly over checkout. Infestation. Room 211. Friday night 4/13/18.

I'm a contractor. I have lived in Super 8s, Days Inn's, etc for 10 years. This hotel is owned by the same people who own the Motel 6 across the street as well as the Red Roof, next door. Book it through Wyndham and save nearly 20 bucks. You can likely sign up in the lobby on your phone. I would have given them 4 stars, if not for the occasional price gouge.

THE STAFF---is very friendly. I was able to establish a relationship with them very quickly. I've stayed her maybe 15 days across the last 4 months. Politeness is alive in rural Kentucky. Also, they're quick and they seem to understand that you're road weary and want the room promptly. The staff is why I come back. They don't bug me. If I need to extend the room, I can do it over the phone(some places are sticklers).

THE ROOMS---Everything works. It's clean. That being said, it's all "outdated", but I don't mind at all. They offer smoking rooms, which I can NEVER find anymore.

THE OTHER GUESTS---Just the right amount of friendly and minding their own business.

THE BREAKFAST---It's the basic Wyndham lower middle class breakfast. At least they have coffee, cereal, bagels, and waffles. It's nothing to look forward to.

THE PRICE---It varies wildly. it can be $55 one day and $90 the next. The rooms are not worth $90. I tend to just use some Wyndham points and knock the price down. I haven't stayed in the other hotels around, so I can's speak to their prices or quality. I'd be shocked if the Red Roof wasn't cheaper and cleaner. Most Red Roofs have done updates in the last few years.

If your not expecting a 4 star hotel then it will work. My door never would lock, I was told it was due to cold weather.

Had to stay a second time more recently and it will be the last. Asked for a late check-out the night before which they said was fine. Was woken by house keeping before 10 telling me I needed to check out because they needed the room. So completely rude.

Room was clean and did not have the strange smell associated with smoking hotel rooms. The beds were comfortable and the staff friendly. I stayed 2 nights because the price was affordable and the room suited my needs completely and in a suitable manner.

Rooms are big, microwave n fridge work , staff are friendly n helpful, only complaint,well there are ,2 no guest laundry room and the mattress way too soft!!!

was in one room the shower didnt work got moved to another room the toilet ran all night the bathroom sink leaked the coffee pot was no good!!!!!!!!!! and as of a few weeks ago we got a check in the mail for $7 out of $70 i dont not recomnd this place food wasnt good powderd milk tang for oj stail donuts and couldnt tell you how old the cereal was!!!!! and the floor was really bad you had to wear shoes or your feet would be black! the chair in the 2cnd room was broke just a bad place i dont even want to rate it a 1 its more like a ---- 5 in our books!!!!! will never stay there again

Extremely worn down place. The people in front had no idea I had a reservation and our room was not clean. Even after they "cleaned" there was blood stains on the carpet and the room smelled like cat pee.

Steer clear of this place. There are cheaper alternatives that will suit you better unless you want to deal with clueless employees and ratchet rooms.

It was clean and provided a quick place to sleep. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was cold cereal, toast or bagels. We got what we paid for.

The night shift person was very helpful in getting my room changed due to the a/c not working. However I booked for two nights. Check out after the first and checked back in for the second night as it was a different room and have been charged for e nights. Received an invoice showing refund for one night and it is now a week later and no refund to my account and the manager is not willing to help resolve. I will never stay here again.
