Room looked clean. Pool did not. Broken tv's, shoddy service. Spa didn't work. People working on the room below us with power tools but my son got a noise complaint for voices too loud! Don't eat the eggs.

Always enjoy my stay here. Nice accommodations and staff. Great breakfast! Only real complaint is the elevator is slow.

The hotel was understaffed in the evening with one girl. She was obviously new and she was left on her own to deal with everything. There was Rowdy guests and missed behave people and she was just a young girl expected to take care of all of that including the laundry and all of the guests requests. My TV didn't work and I felt so bad having to bug her about it. She did very well on the night of 10/20/17. If someone doesn't recognize the amazing effort she put in and pushed through the horrible people staying that night. This place should just shut it's doors and open under a different name.

Average hotel room, really clean. We had the option to rent a microwave in the room or use the one in the laundry area. Keurig coffee maker in the room was nice. The breakfast was nothing special.

Took a while to check in with only one person working the desk during popular check in time. Beds just ok. Could hear doors slamming when we were trying to sleep.

I'm fed up and looking elsewhere. I have been trying to contact someone all month long about room blocks so I can send out wedding invitations. About three different people have taken my information down and said someone would get back to me. No one has! First it was because they were busy, second it was because the, apparently only person capable of setting a room block up, was away for the week. Now I'm at the end of the month when my invites were to go out and no information.

A really great hotel just outside of the main drag of the city. Great views of the bay and quieter. Real clean and well kept hotel. Friendly and helpful staff that were knowledgeable of the area. Would highly recommend!

The location of this hotel is covenient. It is close to stores, food and gas stations, and near the water. Only about a 10 min. Drive to downtown Traverse City. The room was clean and inviting (though the carpet was a bit stained). The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast bar was pretty good too.

Just back from the main drag, this clean updated motel has a nice breakfast buffet with pancakes, bacon, sausage, and eggs. Nice pool with hot tub, open until midnight. Great WiFi in room and friendly staff.

Always a great stay for the value. Love the full breakfast. This time u did get an room with an old bed that was dipped down and not comfortable.
