AC didn't work well. Cleaned it for them thinking better air flow better air..wrong in this case. Pillows were off compared to other Holiday Inn I've stayed in, ihg hotels for that matter. My girl got burnt by one of the utensil at breakfast. 1 more petty thing-- I wasn't greeted as a spire elite member. 😒 otherwise, shower pressure was good, bed was ok, fridge worked, clean towels, and I did get a king suite in place of the double queen w/o an up charge-- I did have to ask. Standard breakfast you would expect at HIX.

This hotel is clean and comfortable. I did notice some small maintenance issues - missing light bulbs, broken door stop - nothing that affected my stay. It's in a good location to see local attractions.

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it gets the job done. Beds are comfortable, showers are hot and strong. The guy who serves breakfast in the morning is super friendly, top notch.

Great cozy, quiet hotel. A little on the pricey side, but not too bad. We just paid $143 for one night for a room with one king size bed. Breakfast was included the next morning also. The room was clean, and smelled pleasant. Overall, a good experience.

Serviceable. I chose this Holiday Inn because they required fewer points for a free night and had free breakfast. I got a good night's sleep and the place was very quiet. That's the most important thing to me. Breakfast was small but adequate.

I loved my king sized room and the fact that I was able to check in at 3am and get a check out time of noon. I would highly recommend and you get free breakfast. very nice would love to stay again if in the area.

The hotel is fine, but very dated and needs major renovation. The staff was friendly and the water pressure in the shower was good.

Stayed for Christmas eve night. Checked in around 6:15 pm and the front desk was very pleasant and got us checked in very quickly. Room was clean and everything seemed up to date. Woke up in the morning to the continental breakfast and it was very nice to be included at no additional charge. Huge variety of items. This is the second time I've stayed at this location. Both times were very pleasant.
