Amazing place to stay! Staff is friendly, breakfast is extensive, rooms are spacious and very clean, and the pool is refreshing! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay! Close to everything!

Went here to visit my parents who were staying here. I can't say I stayed here myself but from what I saw, this place looked decent. The rooms with 2 beds were a little humid in the room which made it uncomfortable even as a visitor. The lobby was cozy with complimentary coffee!

Check in was a breeze and the employee was super friendly. They are renovating which is great because it needs it. I'm definitely looking forward to staying here again after the remodel.

Don't be fooled. First, it's under construction. ONE elevator which takes 10+ minutes when called. There's no where to eat the continental breakfast and the meeting room they've moved it to temporarily is small and crowded so if there are more than 4 people in there, you literally cannot move. Twice they ran out of clean forks. One of the most attractive features is they are the only hotel in Ocala to claim an indoor "pool and spa". We were looking forward to the hot tub after an all day drive to get there. ONLY THERE IS NO HOT TUB! When I asked about the advertised amenity, I was told "even though it's still on the website, they took that out 2 years ago." Oh, and lastly, there's no where to park at night except a dark closed gas station parking lot next door. I will NEVER stay with them again and as far as I see it, we overpaid for the stay.

They let us keep our Australian shepherd (very well trainned) with us during our stay. The staff was very kind and helpful. Freshly baked cookies and a in door pool. Thank you for your hospitality.

Extremely racist staff. Making derogatory comments about African-American to me under his breath as if I would sympathize. The derogatory comments and language used by the staff to describe African-Americans as appalling. The mannerisms of the upper management speaking to patrons as if they are less than human staying in their moldy smelling Hotel. The room I was given smelled heavily of mold mildew and Lysol. Extremely outdated and antiquated furnishings on top of everything else. The bed which was extremely uncomfortable to even sit on revealed stains on the linen. It is horrible and appalling the way that place is ran and operated I would suggest staying in your car or in a cardboard box before that place

Called to ask questions about hotel services and whether the sales I saw online were valid there and how to go about booking said sales with added pet fee. First time, straight to voicemail. Second time, couldn't even finish asking my question before the lady interrupted and transferred me to corporate reservations, where they couldn't even answer specific questions about the hotel and area. Would have loved to book a suite but if the staff doesn't even have time to listen to basic questions and give answers, then who's to say what else they don't have time for. Guess all the reviews saying customer service is worthless are true.

Management of Ocala Country Inn and Suites is super friendly. Condition of hotel is 2 stars + 1 star for management = 3 stars. It is dirty (hallway floors elevator floor, carpet in rooms, stains on furniture) and needs updating including replacing the carpet. We were coughing the next morning after staying one night. The room had an odor like it had been a smoking room in the past. The AC/heat filter grate looked dirty. So I'm assuming the filters haven't been changed in a while. Large fridge in room + microwave. Can hear highway noise. Gas station right next door is convenient.

My wife booked this hotel and was not expecting much but i have been pleasantly surprised by the hospitality shown here at the country inn and suites. The free cookies are delicious and available anytime and there is a wide variety of breakfast items available in the morning. For all you Pokemon go players out there this hotel is a gym too. Go Team valor.

Excellent. Amazing. Use to live in Ocala. We have family living here. Staying at the Country Inn is like our home away from home. Highly maintained. Clean. Just getting ready for my Free breakfast. Food is excellent. Prices are reasonable. Location is superior. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to make u happy. The bedding sheets were very comfortable as was the bed. The premium pillows were memory foam combined with memory gel. They were totally awesome. And man I mean it. The gourmet coffee was SO fresh, it was like they had the beans shipped in directly this morning from the mountains of South America.. WHAT A SPREAD !!!! Slept like a baby.

This is the worst place to stay! There's roaches and all kinds of nasty creatures living in this so called hotel. Somethings always broken and the breakfast tastes like plastic. The rooms could be a lot better and the beds, ugghhh. The location is nice but does not make up for uncleanliness of the rooms. The front desk ladies are absolutely appalling! They are just so rude and the apparent Front Desk Manager Carolyn is above all the WORST, along with Ashley! These ladies have the WORST attitudes to be working in Customer Service. I will NEVER stay here again nor will I recommend this nasty place to any of my Friends or Family. Oh yess and a remodel wouldn't even help they need New Management First! Very unprofessional!

Hotel was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The pool is heated and indoor. So while it was raining outside, I was still able to swim. The only downside is there no hot tub. They had to get rid of it. The breakfast was awesome. Every night they served cookies for a snack. A+++! I am planning on staying here again.
