Needs to be upgraded plus when the sun goes down there are alot of people hanging out outside of the rooms. Made me feel very uncomfortable. The staff was incredibly sweet though.

Hospitality was great weekly room price affordable I Love the people working there kind helpful to an extent but nothing against them I was a little demanding asking for room not getting direct sun morning I wanted my refrigerator and
Microwave and HBO I DO RECOMMEND THIS PLACE BECAUSE OF ROOM RATES AND Denny's ONLY OPEN 24-7 On weekend I I looked in the bed was sagging turn me off I notice a bar lounge but I didn't inquire all around places good with great rates weekly is the best way to go ask front desk.

Im here to visit my family i get a room had black stuff on the bed i sleep on the other bed looked cleaner wake up a hour later my arm is bit to hell my right ear is bit and swelled itchy and my right arm under it has a bunch if small bites no mosquitos horrible so far. now in another room and all i got was sorry from the front desk so not happy! I do not recommend this to anyone

Stayed here after Gators game as we live 2 hours South. 24 hour Restaurant was nice as we got back at 2am. Nice shower, clean rooms soft bed, black-out curtains, and freezing a.c. What more could you want in September in Florida.

I give it 2 stars: 1 star for the friendly staff and 1 for a clean room. We think our neighbours were living in the hotel because they screamed to their children: "go back in the house". They were drinking and smoking weed until 12 p.m. If you're looking for a hotel nearby silver springs, check out: holiday inn or comfort suites

The room was clean, a.c. worked, shower had great water pressure, and no bugs. My only issue is that the hotel is very old, and looks very old and very worn. But the price was right and I'm not that picky. I'd stay here again.

We booked this hotel due to the location and advertisement of a hot tub. Once we checked in we discovered it was a kiddie pool. We were a bit disappointed. Staff was extremely nice but the property is in disrepair. Many long term residents which made me feel very uncomfortable as two of them had ankle monitors on. The room smelled of mildew and walls and front door were filthy. Ceiling was spotted with mold. Needs some attention!

The room was great ! Only problem was no Min frig and hard beds. It was great had restaurant and bar in the same parking lot. Nice clean pool. Great accent, ,rooms smelled so good, a/c almost ran us out. Lol it work fantastic! I would stay again!

Clean rooms nice pool staff was very courteous moderately priced in situated in a good safe part of town. There is a Denny's on sight as well as a small bar. My room was near the bar and it never got too loud even though I was there on a weekend. I would recommend it for anyone including a family.

I attended a dinner meeting in the Denny's restaurant of the hotel. The service was slow, but there was only one server for 15 of us! I felt sorry for her, even though I had to remind her a couple times when I needed something like cream for my coffee, or a take home box. The food, however, was delicious. I had the veggie-stuffed omelet with a fruit side. There was a small bowl of fruit, not just a little saucer! I was very happy with the portions and quality.

First night waited an hour to get a room because our reservation was mistakenly given to others. Had no choice but to accept a smoking room. Room's smelled. Carpets stained. They moved us to a non smoking room second night. Seemed better until we pulled the blanket down and discovered the bed was very wet. Management was not very accommodating with comping a room. Disgusting. Would not stay here ever again.
