Could not leave heater on low or room became tropical. Pool was very small. Breakfast was very good with many great hot choices. Rooms seemed clean.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the expressway and close to downtown Marshall. The hotel rooms are clean and the water pressure excellent. The beds are comfortable and firm. Popcorn is served in the evening and a nice continental breakfast in the morning. Udi's gluten free muffins and bagels are available. The pool is just off the main lobby, next to the gym.

It was clean, service level could improve quite a bit. Breakfast wasn't great. Just microwave eggs and basic no flavor items. Prefer other hotels breakfasts. Hotel was full of kids that night running all around. They should have stopped it or said something.

Quiet hotel, conveniently located close to I94. My room was clean and comfortable, and they had no problem checking me in, despite arriving very late. There's a Denny's nearby for breakfast, as well as a gas station with Tesla superchargers. Truck parking is also available across the street- we parked there overnight without issue, despite the "no overnight parking" signs.

Currently having our sheets changed because my cousin realized there was a condom wrapper in the bed with her. Then your staff came to change the sheets and threw the dirty sheets on our belongings.she didn't bring a clean mattress pad or pillows after stating that she would have to go upstairs for them. obviously the sheets had not been changed..This is soooooo disgusting!

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay. Not the best I've ever had but was good. Best part was the Denny's within walking distance

The room was small, but it had a refrigerator, microwave, and lots of hot water for a long soothing shower. The pool was only 4'deep and rather small too. The breakfast was much nicer than offered at other hotels I've visited.

The room was comfortable and spacious. A couple of the evening snacks were not available. Front desk lady was busy with customers to be able to take care if others things. She was very proficient at her job behind the desk though. They must need mid staff and she deserves a pay raise.

Room was clean, wasn't the picture on the booking site but still enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and the pool was nice. Right off the interstate so that was a plus. Got the jacuzzi room and have enjoyed it so far.

Location is great. Rented a kids suite for a birthday party. Some trim was broken where the linoleum meets the carpet showing bare metal. My son cut his toe on it. The remote controler to the game system broke and was filthy stickey. Found an old childs toy on top of the cupboard. It was melted and gooey. We were looking for a lost lego and found the following that did not belong to us; 2 water water bottles, a piece of licorice, 2 stickers and a pill of some sort. The people above us were so loud they shaking the room. Desk attendent said he will try to get their attention to stop. Never happend. Very unhappy with the filthy room.

Great customer service. Upgraded a room for me because I needed to have a large desk to work at. Very friendly house keepers and gave great choices for dinner in the area.
