Clean, good value for the money. Nice hotel to stay close to strip on a budget. Some airport noise.

I stayed here November 10th-12th and the experience was horrible. The room and breakfast was okay, I didn't expect much from it. The day we left I happened to leave a gold necklace, earrings, and ring that my grandmother gave to me, on the night stand. I was so devastated since I live in San Diego which is 7 hours away. When I first called to tell them I left it, the front office said they had found it and would hold it, but then they changed their story. We called the next morning and they told us they hadn't found them and we were told that a message would be left for housekeeping. I found it SUPER unprofessional how they changed their story, and I'm sure that they kept my jewelry. I know it was on my part that I left it in the first place, but for such a highly praised hotel I assumed they would handle it professionally and return my possessions. They stole my very expensive jewelry, that is theft! I will never stay here again, and I don't recommend it, unless you like being lied to and stolen from.

I stay at a lot of Holiday Inn Express hotels, a lot of IHG hotels in general. This location has all the hallmarks of a standard Holiday Inn Express, free breakfast, friendly staff, and ample parking. This location I'm only rating as "it's OK". Although the rooms are of a more updated variety then some of the hotels in the chain, it has the same issue I have seen in a lot of Las Vegas hotels big and small. The rooms in Vegas often have a "ride hard and put away wet" feel to them. The hotel was kind enough to upgrade my room to an executive King and the room was nicely appointed, but could use a little artwork, as the walls are a little sparse and cold. The floor in my room looked and felt like it hadn't been vacuumed in a very long time. This is strange because I heard the house keeping staff vacuuming the carpet in the other rooms, maybe the vacuums are just not very good. My white socks were brown after walking around the room for only a short while. The bad was reasonably comfortable and the bedding was clean.

Unfortunately not the best experience. We were part of a group reservation and upon our arrival was basically threatened by the desk staff that if anyone in the group was loud, we would be kicked out. The room was in disrepair, drains not draining, missing light sconce, security lock missing. Missed a day of housekeeping because we were in our room till 9am, and they never came back to clean and freshen the room. The hotel was loud, not from inside noise, but you could hear everything going on in the parking lot and surrounding streets as well as when planes flew by. Won't be back again I'm afraid. We stayed at this same hotel two years ago and although they were in the middle of renovations, had a better experience.

Becky the manager is amazing! The property is in a good location. Partygoers can be a little noisy but it's mostly a business hotel.

Location is slightly off the strip. Free self parking. Hotel provides shuttle to Mandalay Bay every 30 min, to Aria every hour, which we used to avoid parking fees in the Strip hotels. Breakfast buffet was the usual variety but better than average, with the hot items changing every day. Employees were very nice and accommodating. Room was simple and clean. Would stay again.

I would like to give Kudos to the gal at the front desk, we arrived
on a Saturday morning. Her name was Chantavia (I'm not sure of the spelling) She was so extremely busy, kept her mind focused on the best customer service we could have asked for. Besides busy with guests and phone calls, she even apologized for our wait. Our family was so impressed by her kindness, great focus on her job, and her customer service . This lady made our stay pleasant! She deserves some praise or and a raise!response / report this review -

The rooms were perfect. Beds were very comfortable. There was a fitness center with plenty of machines to use and space for other fitness activities. The complimentary breakfast was not a disappointment. Pool was small but water was just right. The shuttle service was a good perk in addition to the rest of the amenities. We did have key card problems but the customer service more than made up for that. Will recommend a friend.

Convient location and easy parking starters make this a great little stop. Shuttles to a few strip locations add to convience of not having to drive your own vehicle. Room was clean and comfortable, its close to freeway so expect noise. The morning breakfast items changed day to day.

Quick check in. Breakfast was pretty good. Shuttle service to the strip. Less than 10 min drive to the strip without traffic. Nice clean rooms. The only negative to me is that the bathrooms while clean are a bit underwhelming. Overall I'd say good value.

Rooms were very clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of food. Free shuttle service to and from the strip was helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The beds were clean and nice. There was a microwave and fridge which was very useful. Small Panasonic TV with a desk. Everything was nice and clean and they offered free toothpaste, toothbrushes and other bathroom essentials. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and full of healthy and delicious items.
