Big room, nice lobby and great customer service.. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available at the small cafe. Shuttle service is available. Nice place to bring family.

Stayed 8 nights here and very day I was treated like customers should be treated. A shout out goes to Dillon, Robert & Phillip; who I spoke with the most during my stay. I had a small shower head leak, I reported it to Dillon and it was fixed the same day when I returned from work. The staff was great and no complaints. The shuttle service takes you to the Airport (Anytime); but won't pick you up (something about permits). On the half hour it will take you to the Mandalay Bay or town square mall. On the top of the hour the New York New York. So getting to the Las Vegas Strip is free and easy. Restaurant food was well prepared although the nights I chose to eat, it seemed slow on service side. But don't worry, you will get plenty of flyers under your door for local places that deliver. Rooms are clean and up kept well. I would recommend this for longer or shorter stays. The prices are right, no resort fees either. Thanks for reading. Video of room on my tube channel.

The restaurant has issues. No fries for two days in a row. Pasta out as well. The hotel is nice and clean. I give 5 stars if they sort out the restaurant.

Nice room.Ample parking space. We were given a complimentary snack on our arrival. Loved staying here. The free shuttle service is an added advantage.

Cons:Shuttle service is lacking. Couldn’t find even a vending machine. Cafe closes early.
Mattress was hard as the floor.
Pros: great lobby, front desk service was awesome. Easy parking. Close to strip.

But seriously mattress was so hard my hip hurt in the morning.

Nice hotel!But, It started off kinda rocky though. We arrived early and was told no rooms were available but we would get a call when our room was ready. Never got a call and for some odd reason when we were calling the hotel to see if it was ready no one was answering the phone was told there was something wrong with the phone lines so in return we were giving free breakfast for the reminder 4 days we were there. The shuttle was very convenient only thing is we wish there were more drop off and pick up stops then just the 2. All of the shuttle drivers were nice but one of them was VERY nice giving out free bottles of water when you got off the shuttle. Like that it was quiet and off the strip. Would stay again.

Very comfortable and quiet rooms. Easy to use the FREE shuttle and the staff was very nice. I would stay there again for sure.

Really nice rooms. Comfortable stay. Though it's just a little away from the strip, they provide hourly shuttles to the strip for the guests!

We went to Vegas on New Year's Eve and didn't have a place to stay. The main places on the strip were rediculously priced. This hotel was the only one that took us in for a really early check in, which was awesome because we had been driving all night. The price was reasonable and they didn't charge a resort fee. They even gave us a two hour later check out the next day. They are in the process of remodeling and looks like it's going to be nice. We did have a problem with a slow draining tub but that was it. It's not a resort or casino and is a short distance from the strip. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It was exactly what we needed for this stay.
