If your staying here extended stay please be informed do not get your mail here they will tell you that you can get and sent there and that is true but you cannot forward your mail from there when you leave they will tell you at the front desk that they send it back to sender even your packages but in actuality they don't they steal your mail an packages after you move out get a p.o box save your self the hassle

I enjoyed my stay at Crossland Las Vegas. It's not too fancy but it was better than I expected. They're rooms have living room areas and a kitchen. I thought that was cool. The only problem is the check in time is not until 3p. We came from Los Angeles left around 5a arrived in Vegas around 10a. We left early for no reason we had to drive around Vegas until 3pm it was very irritating. Next time I know. My overall experience was great though. The staff were very nice There's a 10 fee when using they're phone when you call long distance which was a surprise.

I have not stayed here, but my relative has booked an extended stay room here. He has one leg and the handicap accessible rooms are. wait for it ACTUALLY handicap accessible!!! And, yes that INCLUDES the bathroom. The shower is the same level as the floor, so no problem getting in, and there is a built in shower seat. I would have given it 5 stars, but the fridge by the table against the wall, has the door opening on the left right by the wall, so it will be difficult for someone in a wheelchair to open it and get in front of it. Although, they said they would try to get it turned around (reversible door)but, I don't know if they will for sure yet

Its not the cleanest place to stay, but the rooms are very good sized and it's very peaceful. The pool is nice for the hot days and it's clean too. The staff are helpful with any issues that may arise as well. The biggest part I loved.you can have your fur babies there with you, no questions asked. I will definitely stay here again. The price is perfect for tight budgets.
