The hotel itself was fine. But, our car was broken into during the night and things were stolen. Two windows were shattered and some body damage. The hotel does not have security cameras. I would not stay here again. I'd choose a hotel that is much more safe and secure.

The staff is nice, but overall our experience was a negative one..
1. Located right next to airplane take-off path, the engines are LOUD and go by every 3 minutes
(It's MUCH worse when you have a window open or go out to use the pool..)
2.. They don't use a cover for the comforter, just a sheet in-between and once that moves your snuggling with a used blanket that has probably never been washed.
3. There were (possibly pubic) hairs from the previous guest in the shower.
4. They put me and my 90 year old grandparents in one of the farthest rooms from the (only) elevator.
4b. Also, the bathtub/shower only has 1 bar to hold onto so my grandfather fell in the shower
5.The breakfast ends at 9:30, which I' m assuming they do to save money on people who aren't up and ready to go early. (Say, your 90 year old grandparents.)response / report this review -

The hospitality was great! Our soccer team negotiated a room block over Halloween weekend Friday through Sunday. The free shuttle service to Mandalay Bay and Aria casinos allowed us to visit the strip without driving our rental car through congested streets. On Sunday we had a soccer game after the 12pm checkout and the staff allowed us to come back to the hotel and use the swimming pool and shower to wash up before our flight back home. Bravo!

Very enjoyable stay. Love staying in what feels like an apartment that has all the convenience of home! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and again!

Check-in was easy. The shuttle guy was super friendly and helpful. The gal at the front desk was nice. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

The pool is nice. The room is nice. Standard free breakfast. Shuttle service to Mandalay timely and drivers are nice. Good guest services. Beds are comfortable.

Really nice place, especially for the price and location. While not on the strip, it's a really comfortable stay and they have frequent (free) shuttles to a couple of convenient spots on the strip. The only reason I gave it 4/5 is because they don't have any dining facilities on site. However, with the full kitchen area and refrigerator, most people might actually prefer saving a few bucks by being able to buy groceries instead. Overall, would absolutely recommend staying here.

Breakfast buffet is decent and tasty, it's ok for people with minor food sensitivities. If you have serious food sensitivities, the water is still tasty.
Pool is wonderful, salt water, I believe?
Shuttles to and from airport and strip could have a longer schedule to accommodate earlier travelers, but is convenient when in operation.
Front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable, resourceful, too!
Rooms are nice, most have some form of kitchen or other.
Location is fairly convenient for off strip hotels.

Great place and location. Can see the fireworks, shuttle to a few spots on the strip, nice pool. I'm glad we chose this hotel.

Rooms are great little apartments in hotel format. Breakfast is great, shuttles get you pretty much anywhere yippy want to go, but sometimes they get full & you have to wait for the next one. Staff is very helpful as friendly.
