Clean rooms. The staff always say good morning to me of which I enjoy. Breakfast was good and got. Always a pleasurable experience!

the beds were comfortable. The room was clean. Although rooms were slightly noisy could hear all rooms around us. Breakfast the next day was excellent. We consider staying again if we are ever in the area

A roadside emergency brought me unannounced to this Holiday Inn. Arriving without notice, on a busy weekend, the Manager, Ms. Foley, treated me like long lost family. I was in an extraordinarily clean room within minutes. The entire building was immaculate. Pool and recreational offerings were spotless. The breakfast offerings were generous and well prepared; I've traveled extensively on business, in the future, I'll ask for this HIE

I normally really like holiday inn hotels, not so much this one. I see its listed as a two star hotel and i agree with this assessment. Unfortunately they charge like its a three star or more hotel. They have a sauna but they use it as storage and i saw a mouse. Pool is nice thou. Might be time to down grade this to a Days Inn

While the hotel could use a refurb to modernize the rooms the Holiday Inn Express Gaylord was clean, comfortable and welcoming. We were passing through town on our way home from vacation and needing a place to stay for the night. Even though the place was full of receptions and birthday parties they found us a quiet room at the end of the hall. We were able to get a good restful night sleep and get on the road again in the morning. My one complaint about the room was the that there was not nearly enough light. A couple extra lamps would do wonders.

Great staff. Gave me a pretty good discount on the room that they didn't need to offer me, so I appreciate that. Unfortunately, it was still overpriced and the hotel is just average. In need of a good deal of updating. Feels a little Super 8-y.

Nice clean hotel. I was disappointed that I couldn't stream Netflix or Hulu, but otherwise didn't have any trouble with the minimal web browsing I did.

Nice hotel and priced very well. Our king bed room was very clean and had a mini kitchen area including a fridge.

Good size room and a nice breakfast. However, our name was entered wrong on the reservation through no fault of our own (we had booked through Priceline and we've had that account for a long time). The desk staff refused to acknowledge that we had booked and prepaid for the room initially and then never apologized for their error. I would not stay there again.

Very good customer sevice, the hotel rooms are clean and easily accesible, and the employees are very friendly and helpful in us finding our way around town.
