Stayed at appletree inn. Enjoyed the pool. The level of the floors could be better just confusing. Nice view. Outside Lights should have been abled to turn off. Beds seemed small for queen size. Very nice staff

Very nice place!!! Very upscale environments. I gave it a 2 star because I was lied to to get me in the door. I received a phone call stating I won a free vacation due to a drawing I entered in at in a mall in Detroit Michigan I drove a total of 5 hours to go to this place to find out I didn't win anything they told me what I wanted to hear to get me to this meeting thing. We never received the vacation we were told we won and we were never apologized to for wasting almost 10 hours of our time. They are nice to you when lying to u on the phone and was treated like I did something wrong when I questioned their intentions and motives. I would never go thru them Instead I would just book at the resorts that blue green resides in From what I see they don't own resorts themselves they offer lodging inside of other resorts like Boyne mountian resort in michigan

We stayed in a 3 bedroom room. It was clean and we were provided with everything we needed (towels, dishes, cleaning supplies). When we needed extra a quick call to the front desk and everything was delivered to us right away. Everyone was friendly and helpful when we had questions. Overall a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

Our suite here was fantastic. 3 couples and it worked out perfectly. Going in the winter next time, but was a good home base for late summer activities.

We've only been here a day but it's lovely. When we got here and found out our unit was on the second floor, my dad asked if we could have a first floor unit to make it easier for my mom. They gave us the change no problem and the unit is beautiful. Very well-updated. Haven't seen much else except the little village at the main lodge. Since this is more of a ski resort it's a little empty and many things are closed. We went into the activity center just to check it out and there was a sign letting us know no one was there right now. But a guy came out of the back room from the meeting and totally ignored us before he went upstairs. We weren't planning on doing any of the activities, but that made me feel even less likely to do one. We did go in to Boyne City. Beautiful little town on a lake. Good ice cream and friendly people. Hopefully the rest of the week goes well.

My family and I are sure to spend at least one long weekend /year at bluegreen mountain run. We enjoy the numerous complementary activities they offer during the off-season. The service is excellent and the rooms are clean and modern.

We stayed in a one bedroom condo. It was beautiful. A little small for 4 people for any length of time but for 2 nights.it worked!

Rooms are quite, comfortable and clean. Pool is a bit small and not heated. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is accessable and within reasonable driving distance to numerous cities such as Petoskey and Traverse City.

We came in knowing this was a time share presentation, we were glad to get the hell out of there. The room was nice and cozy, but the walls were so thin. We could hear everything being said from the neighbors. When the folks upstairs flushed the john it sounded like they were in the room with you.
The staff was nice, and great views of the sunrise. Overall I will not go back. We can do better for less money.response / report this review -

We attended the time share pitch, had never done so before. Very low pressure presentation done by fairly entertaining employee. Time management could have been better, but they did their best to keep you comfortable and relaxed. Even though you expect a hard sell, there wasn't one, and the property really was pretty nice.
